KITCHEN AMENITIES: The Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, 2 ovens, stove and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.)

HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher liquid, and toilet paper etc.

ENTERTAINMENT: Outdoor sitting area with chairs, Pool table, 1 Large TV located in Living Room and another large tv in the upstairs loft area.

3 work spaces available: one in the master bedroom, one in loft and another in the kitchen.

Guest access
The entire upstairs and downstairs and backyard except the casita which has a separate entrance and is rented out separately. Two parking spaces outside the garage and additional free street parking readily available. No garage parking.
