  • Are you looking for a quiet and private get-a-way where you can work and play? Just come in, relax and enjoy Vegas at a very special 3000 sq ft home on 1 Acre. This executive property has everything you need while on a long term business trip or vacation Located only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Vegas and 20 minutes from the airport Featuring a huge back yard, an amazing Master suite and bath with jacuzzi tub/huge shower. 31 Day plus Rentals Only. Monthly Rate saves you money.
    This is not a party house, however, you will have plenty of room for your business team or family and lots of parking with a 3 car garage attached to the house. Located in an exclusive classic Vegas neighborhood close to everything.

    We are super hosts on other platforms, new to this one with this property.

    There is also a casita at the back of the property separated from your space by 4 garages. The property manager lives in the Casita. The back yard is a shared space. Your house has a 3 car garage and your own patio area.

    This is a non-smoking, no pets property. Any smoking must take place outside the home.

Oasis away from home

My friends and I had a long work project and this house fit our needs like a glove. The house is clean and tidy and has all the modernities like climate control and WiFi etc. Debbie and John were most gracious in attending to our stay regularly and being available for any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as the house lies within a cul de sac created from a divided street. The back patio area is lovely and added to the feeling of being in a tranquil oasis. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Washer and dryer had large capacities so that was great to do a large load in one washing. We would definitely return when future events bring us back to Vegas.
