BEAUTIFUL
This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner. I would definitely be renting again.

room was supposed to be ready by 3, after 6 we were finally allowed into the room, it was DIRTY beds unmade the whole place was filthy! This was after we had been told it was being cleaned. We then were told put a call into the owner who called had someone coming to do the cleaning and it would be ready for 9 pm! We had been flying since 4 am. I want my money back.

This was an unfair review. The guest checked in early without permission and thus unit had not been cleaned yet. We had the suite ready for her a few hours later and she chose not to check in.

So, we stayed at this property for 4 days during March Madness and it was mostly really good with a few hiccups. Let's start with the really good! The Communication from the host was excellent. She was prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Location. While it takes a bit to get used to everything, great location, very close to the strip. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything worked fine (except for the lamps (they are touch and very temperamental). Now, the good (but not great). Everything is nice (especially the couches, bed, tv) but not Luxury. Everything was a bit dated (bathrooms, furniture, etc but ok). The view was a wall as far as the eye could see so 0 view. The pool situation was very confusing. You check in at security and that was pretty easy, but when inquiring about the Cosmo pool, we were advised that we needed to put our name on the list the day before we wanted it (would have been good to know). Also, very confusing as to which pool we had access to (we were advised different ones when speaking to anyone). Lastly, the jockey pool is just not good. There is a net hanging over it and there was zero sun due to the location of the pool being dwarfed by buildings. The sauna did not work either. Overall, if you want a place that is quiet, a bit off the beaten path and quiet yet very accessible to the strip, I would recommend.

awesome location, very nice for the 5 of us..would stay again.
Loved our stay, communication with Melissa was great! the only issue was the the key to get into the building and the apartment, Dont put your key near your cell phone or charge cards, it disarms the key and you have to go to the front desk to get another, it happened to us 3 times.

Good Location Older Condo Not Luxury Status
Great location. Condo is older and deff not luxury penthouse status. The place is super dim and horrible lighting most of the lamps didn’t work or flickered. No plugs at all or power strip to charge devices. Not bad for the location. Don't think I’d stay again Mgmt and Housekeeper were very nice and communicative during check in and check out.

Hi Amy, We have a lot of touch lamps so perhaps people didn't know those can be turned on easily and plenty of power strips. Had we known housekeeping would have been happy to provide information on where there were more located in the unit. We hope to have you stay with us again another time. We have done a lot of upgrades and soon will have new bathrooms as well.

Location, Location
This property is located right at the heart of the Strip, Yet it is removed enough that there is quiet when needed. We loved the apartment it was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Great location
This was a perfect space for our group of eight. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better central location on the Strip. Beds were comfortable. All pillows and the main comforters are feather (just fyi for those with allergies). There is no place to hang clothing or extra towels except for a small coat closet near the kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a fan so can get a bit steamy. There is no view (faces a wall), but we didn’t spend a lot mof time in the condo so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated early check-in; Security didn’t have any record of our request so I called Melissa and she texted them. We used the Chelsea pool at The Cosmopolitan for no charge. It’s a really nice pool. Note that you can’t use the Boulevard pool without paying. The pool at Jockey club isn’t nearly as inviting. It’s a dark area that doesn’t seem to get sunlight - perhaps because of the net overhead. Overall, a great stay and decent value for the location.

The property was in a great location and the property contact, Melissa, was s very accommodating. She provided a nice welcome gift upon arrival and allowed us a late check out. I would say this property needs some updating and the pictures make it look better than what it is in person.

Overall my stay was great! The location was perfect! There was plenty of parking. The only cons were that the floors were very dirty upon arriving. I kept on changing both of my daughters’ socks because they kept on getting very dirty. Also, the bath tub in one of the restrooms was very slippery and my sister almost fell so we decided not to shower in that restroom for safety reasons. Other than that, the penthouse was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children.

Perfect Vegas Stay
The property was great! Very clean and spacious with plenty of beds/futons for all 8 of us who stayed there. Melissa was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for large groups that want to be close to the center of the Vegas Strip.

Perfect location on the strip
This was the perfect rental for a girls trip to Las Vegas. The condo is clean and modern. Beds are extremely comfortable. The location next to the Bellagio is fantastic and easy access to the strip through the Cosmopolitan. I highly recommend this property.

We’re a family of four members and we spent four days in the penthouse. The description of the apartment was accurate. Also was very clean, spacious and with a excellent location. The free parking included was a plus. Next trip to Vegas I would book this penthouse.

Best location ever
This condo is located RIGHT at the Cosmo. Literally steps away from the Uber pickup. This made it so easy. The condo was plenty big for 8 adults. It was nice to have a kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were nice too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again!

5 star stay!!! Easy to get to. Right on the strip. Friendly and helpful staff. The shop in the lobby came in handy many times for goods that we needed during our stay. Will definitely book again. Thank you for hosting!

Great Location, with caveats
I'll start by saying, our group enjoyed our stay, I just think it's worth mentioning a few things that aren't mentioned in the listing. I'll start by saying the location on the strip for the price is fantastic, hard to beat. We would definitely stay again. BUT it is very confusing the first few times to get to the property/unit. Entering through the Cosmo is possible, but really hard to find. The other option is through a less than savory alley. Check in is also a little confusing and could be clarified more. During our stay, about half of the outlets in the unit either didn't work, were damaged, or wouldn't charge our devices. Besides these few things, it was a great space and fit a group of 7 with ease, and once we got our bearings straight, the location is hard to beat!

Vegas Perfection
This is the perfect location for families or adults only vacations. 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 - 2 beds and 2 futons, bedroom 2 - 1 bed and futon, 2 full bathrooms. Jockey Club is located and attached to the Cosmopolitan. Elevator takes you right into the Cosmo casino or you can walk out the door and a few steps more you’re at the valet ($5 daily!) or shareride pick up. Also ridiculously close to Walgreens that has everything you need for any length stay. Host and property manager are very responsive and accommodating. Inside has been updated from the pics provided. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Stay here and enjoy some Vegas shenanigans!

It was spacious and close to shopping and restaurants and I would recommend this to family and friends,the only thing that needed attention was the bathroom with the tub needed a nonslip mat and they also need a dustpan in the room and some of outlet do not work

Condo looks better than the photos and has been slightly updated. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and had a great location. Only negative was I booked the room for 7 people, we ended up only have 5 people show up but we were only given 4 towels. Each guest should at least have their own towel. I could have complained I suppose and requested more but I didn't. I also am not giving a bad rating over it. Just a tip for the owner next time to provide at least 1 towel for each guest to have their own.

We had a great time…we would no matter what … probably would never rent this unit again….the house keeper was extremely helpful…no dishwasher…the shower curtain was to short … clean up was required after showering.,.an update is needed on all appliances

Dear Guest, You were given the most outstanding service by my house manager Julie. You were provided a specific coffee machine you asked for, numerous extra towels and all appliances are in perfect working order with absolutely zero issues. We don't mention having a dishwasher and this is the first time anyone has ever mentioned it. Our Penthouse is beautifully decorated and updated. New Photos have been updated.

Great location!
The location of the property is fantastic - right on the strip within walking distance of many other hotels and sights. Uber pick-up at the Cosmopolitan very easy. The bathrooms in the condo are both small, and there was no extra toilet paper. We had just enough to last our stay, so you might want to request more, especially if you group is all girls/women. We also would've liked to have a few extra towels - there was only one extra set. With soft water in Vegas, the tub was very slippery, so we put a hand towel in the tub to prevent a fall. Kitchen pretty stocked minus a couple of sealable plasticware for leftovers or even plastic wrap. Condo was a great size - nice bedrooms and plenty of sleeping capacity. There were no towel bars or hooks, so our shower towels were draped all over the place! All in all, a great location and nice place to stay. Thank you!

I stayed here with 5 of my friends. The location of the property was amazing; extremely close to everything we wanted to get to. One big downside was communication with the host. I had asked about early check-in and was told "yes", but never a time to check in. So the day of, we just went to check in hoping it worked. After some confusion from security wondering if we can check in early, we were able to get in. The description of the property and pictures are not 100% accurate. It is actually more updated than what the pictures show, which was a nice surprise. What was not a nice surprise is that you actually do not get access to the Boulevard pool at the Cosmo. We were turned away saying Jockey Club does not have access to this pool. When I asked the host about this, I got no response. When we went to the other pool listed as complimentary access (Chelsea pool - not bamboo as description says) we were turned away saying we had to be on a list. I tried to get on the list, but they were full for the following day. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would have gotten on the list ASAP. Lastly, the description reads "we have 6 individual beds", which is not true. There were 3 queen beds and 3 futons. Whenever I have stayed at a property, there is always at least one piece of paper with information regarding specifics such as this or info about checking out/where to put garbage, etc but there was absolutely nothing. It would have been nice to have some tips about the property and Vegas in general. The wifi also did not work for the majority of our group. Overall - amazing location and amenities. Huge downside was communication with the host and expecting to get into Cosmo pools when we could not.

Perfect location!
This was perfect for my bachelorette party if 6 girls! As of April 2022 there are 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 3 futon type couches for sleeping. The living room sectional is also comfortable! The location is great, right in the middle of the strip with access to all cosmopolitan! The owner was very responsive and since we had no one staying before or after us we are able to check in very early and out very late which was super helpful with our flights! Definitely recommend!

LOVED this place! Wonderful for a group of 7 friends. 7 beds and a large couch. Clean! Kitchen and living area was plenty big enough for us to hang out. Easy walk to the 2 pools. Great to get off the elevator and be outside (no casino to navigate) and on the strip in 2 minutes. Quite building and no noise from the strip. The host was SO accommodating and always available! THE BEST HOST! Just one tip - if you want to swim at Cosmo pool - you have to put your name on the list at Jockey Club Security the day before. Will stay here again!

Super Convenient!
Check in was quick and easy. Communication was great. We had a slow leaking toilet, sent a text and within minutes the issue was resolved. Plenty of towels for a group, more than enough sleeping options. If you've stayed at a strip hotel, you know the trip to the room is gonna be a hike! This was super easy to get in , get on the elevator, and get to the room! Will definitely have this as my first choice for the next trip out to Vegas!

This property is ideal on location and having a personal touch of home that you will not experience in the Las Vegas Casino stays. Great Location
The property is as described. A great center strip location with plenty of room. You are in the shadows of the cosmopolitan casino and hotel but I doubt you came to hang out in the room. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay
Clean, Fast and Easy. This was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again, the only thing I would say was there were no checkout or pre-cleaning instructions as I have seen with other stays. We did not cook any meals though, just coffee and water glasses.

Great place and location
The only issue you’ll have is when you arrive. Parking and checking in is a little difficult to figure outthe first time you get there, but once you got it you got it. Great place and would absolutely stay again. Book with confidence that you enjoy your stay.

Great penthouse condo & possibly the best location on the Las Vegas Strip!
Great location!!! Easy to get places, especially once you know how to get through Jockey Club and the Cosmopolitan Casino. The host was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed. It felt like we were just staying in a more private wing of the Cosmopolitan. I would definitely stay there again!

Location Location Location!
Great experience at this VRBO. Right in between Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, and slightly off the main strip so no noise! Penthouse llevel. Place was fully appointed. Owners were very responsive to any questions. My son and I were able to sleep comfortably the in the 2 BR's. Highly recommend this place!!

Really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are updated with newer furniture than what shows in pictures. A little confusing trying to find, but a great location right on the strip. Perfect spot with enough room for our 7 guys. Would stay here again, although place had weird outlet locations and they were minimal.

Amazing Location and Nice Rennovation!
Property was in the best location right off the strip connected to the cosmo. Check in process was very confusing where we had to go to security door. Communication was great with property manager until we asked for late check in and no response for 1 day. Beds were super comfy, no view, but for the value gets the job done! Great place to sleep 7 of us. Once we learned the property very easy to access the Cosmo. Would definitely stay again!
