Built in 1931 by P.O. Silvagni who built and owned the famous Apache hotel casino, He was The Concrete King of Las Vegas and provided all the concrete for the Hoover and Davis Dams.
This was his family home for decades and then some remodeling and additions were done in the 1970's by his children. The house was then a law office late 80's through early 2000's when it was purchased by Dr Stephanie Youngblood who turned it into a vacation rental. The current owner, Dana, then purchased it from Dr Youngbloods family and lovingly and painstakingly restored the home back to it's fabulous former glory. To a time when "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" really meant something.

The backyard is beautifully landscaped with huge trees and all kinds of creeping vines and flowers ,you will never know you are right in the center of downtown.
The huge old school swimming pool, original patio cover takes you back to 1950's Vegas, and new automatic awnings to give you sun or shade at the push of a button.
The side yard is perfect for relaxing in the grass ,playing outdoor games ,meditation ,excercising or late night stargazing.
The barbecue set up and a designated smoking area on the north side of the house also features a covered seating area.

The home sleeps 9 very comfortably with 3 full baths with tankless hot water heater for continuous hot water.Master bath has a 1940's clawfoot soaking tub and seperate glass walk in luxury rain shower.
Downstairs bath has a large double shower off laundry room for quick rinse after swim.
Full size washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay with us.

The down stairs we designed to recreate an old time speakeasy with all the modern amenities. There is pool table , bar tables, numerous couches and seating conversation areas, original fireplace and 75 inch screen tv with cable and ability to access any of your personal streaming accounts.The main attraction of the room is the 90+ year old vintage craps table from the original Apache Casino that is now repurposed as a bar and game table with historical memorabilia from vintage Las Vegas hotels and casinos under glass.

Come and stay in The Downtown Arts District! Over the past few years the area has exploded with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, theater's, event spaces, art installations,world class shopping and so much exciting nightlife all within walking distance of our home.
The 50s style kitchen is fully stocked with every modern convenience you will need while still keeping the throwback vibe you will love.
Our home is located one block west of Las Vegas Blvd ,7 blocks south of the Freemont Experience and all the downtown casino hotels.
We are a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to center strip( Bellagio).
City bike rental stations are located just 1 block in any direction from us
We are also 1 block off public transportation that will get you anywhere you need to be in the city.
Food delivery such as Door Dash, Grub Hub and Uber eats are available
Amazon ,Whole foods, Trader Joe's, Smith's ,Von's and Albertsons also offer home delivery usually within 2 hours.
