Had a blip but they fixed

Had a small blip with my booking on a very busy Vegas week…the host offered another property they had available and came to the rescue!

The hotel is very dated. While the room was comfortable, there was no refrigerator or other amenities I would normally find in a hotel room. The casino is filled with smoke, could not do any gambling. Restaurant option were nothing to get excited about-ate elsewhere. Does MGM have any plans to demolish this property and put up something new?

Firstly, i made the reservation under my husband's name. The confirmation email had my husband's name. Yet, the hotel had my name and since i wasnt there, they wouldnt let my husband check in. The phone number for the host went unanswered. And the room was not as promosed. Terrible terrible host
