They replaced the front desk staff and the bellhops with self-check in and made it rather difficult to get help from a real person in that process. Same with checking out. Also, the rooms are more in par with a motel than a Vegas hotel on the Strip. And given that the resort tower is placed right in front of a couple of sewer drains, it smells pretty bad too if you're walking or waiting near the front of the resort tower to be picked up. Smells like actual poop in the heatwave.

The elevator’s were insanely slow! The kiosk didn’t work! Check in was absolutely stupid and check out was the same. Finally got my bill on-line and there was $300 in hidden charges (like parking was $20 a day and our car never moved) and to get out I had to pay parking again! I will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!
