Entire Luxury 35th Floor Unit: Amazing Strip View

Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this special 35th floor condo-hotel place with a breath-taking view of Las Vegas strip.
Convenient to the Strip with all the amenities you can imagine, but private enough to relax and enjoy your stay. The memorable experience in this unit may last for months and years.
Our condo is adjacent to Palms Casino via a private Skytube entrance. This luxury studio has a compact kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and dash-washer among others.

Note: The Balcony can ONLY be accessed when the studio is booked for 30+ nights based on HOA rules with an additional payment of $250/stay. Unit damage deposit, like standard hotel, will be handled at the front desk.

Balcony Access Opening and closing the balcony is subject to a $250 service fee each way. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival.
Damage deposit will be processed via your CC at the front desk during check-in. Please No Cash. The CC hold for incidents is $100/night or $500 max.
Extended stays don't include replenishment of towels, garbage bags or bath items. These are provided once at arrival. Housekeeping is not daily.

Pictures do it no justice!

I booked last minute and this is what I came across, and I am glad I came across this gem. The pictures show that it is very nice but when you actually go in there, it is 10x nicer! Definitely would book again.

My stay here was amazing!! The room is outstanding and with all the amenities that you and. The view of the strip…just wow!! Abe was very accommodating and helpful when I decided to stay another night. This will definitely be my go to in the future.

Very good property but lacks a few VRBO and AirB&B-esque amenities

We enjoyed the view from the 35th floor and the convenience of staying close to the strip. The host Abe is very responsive and helpful too. The room was kept clean and the bathroom was clean too. Not to mention, the bathroom's spaciousness! But the mistake we made was that we had assumed that this will be like our other VRBO and bed&breakfast kind of rental experiences with a full fledged kitchen, especially with plates and a small oven etc. Not that we wanted to cook while in Las Vegas but for take outs etc, we struggled to eat-in. More "missed" items as we stayed there for like 4 days: - a separate garbage bin for the bathroom and living areas - plates and other kitchen items - a small table top oven - better bed (firmer!) & better quality cushions If you are staying for just a night or two, it's OK as it is nothing but a good hotel room.

Wonderful place to stay

The unit was beautiful. Perfect view of the Las Vegas strip. Bathroom was clean. But- there were only enough towels for two days. We called housekeeping for more towels and we’re informed that since it’s a private unit, the hotel is not obligated to supply additional towels, but we could pay extra if we needed more. Abe came through for us and got us extra towels no charge to hold us over. Between that and what we grabbed off the cart in the hall, we made it through the rest of the week.

Elegance and spacious night, as well as jetted hot tub.

I loved the view of Las Vegas at night, and the convenience of the sky walk to the casino. The private pool on the 6th floor was very nice.
