Welcome to Las Vegas! This is a single story, modern, NON-PARTY home located in a historic quiet neighborhood right in the center of Las Vegas.
If you're looking for a home for you or your family look no further! This home has a spacious layout of 4 rooms and two bath rooms.

1. Home Features:
-55' TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your video enjoyment.
-Movie Theater type couch, which all seats recline ;)
-Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cook ware, including a rice cooker.
-Fast Internet & Wifi (100mbps).
-Overall modern and family oriented feel.
-Garage access (4 Maximum). 2 Garage, 2 Driveway
-Bunks Beds for children.

2. Ubers & Taxis:
-About 10 mins from the strip and 15 mins from the airport.
-Times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.

3. Home Accommodates:
-Max of 8 adults (12 years of age or older)
-Max of 2 children (11 years of age or younger)
-Max 4 vehicles, which must be parked in the garage or driveway.

4. Check in anytime after 5pm. Check out anytime before 12pm.

5. Other Important Things to Note:
-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED!
-Noise Devices to monitor noise level to ensure there are no parties.
-Cameras in front & back of the property for safety and security purposes.
-This is a PEACEFUL residential neighborhood filled with families. This is a family oriented area and I intend to keep it that way.

Perfect Place!

This house was awesome! Plenty of space (very clean), and just a short drive to anywhere in Vegas we wanted to go. Patrick is awesome! Our departing flight was canceled and we had to stay an extra night. Patrick made it easy for us. We will definitely stay again!!

Incredible experience.

Im an American with a beautiful Belarusian wife. We wanted to stay somewhere quant and near the strip as I wanted to show her a good time since it was her first timein the city. This stay was excellent and allowed us to not only explore the city but our own sensibilities. I would recommend this stay.

Clean and comfortable home

We were very comfortable staying at this home. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Comfortable living room to enjoy movies. Close to the strip for short ride to concert. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for accommodating us.

Great place

Stayed for a few nights on a golf trip with several friends. The house was fantastic, very clean from top to bottom, and well supplied. The location is ok, a bit far from strip so it's not practical to walk, but it's a cheap Uber away so not a problem. (And Einstein Bagels is walking distance 👍). And Patrick was also able to accommodate our early check-in, so we didn't have to drag golf clubs around town. Highly recommended!

It was everything as advertised. Very nice house. Had everything we could ask for. Much better than staying at casino. Only small issue was internet was slow except in the den. There was no using tv capabilities in multiple rooms. Still didnt diminish the stay. Will definitely book again next yr. Only way to go. Patrick was easy to communicate with. Seamless

Excellent property and host

We were a group of 4 older gents on a buddies golf holiday and stayed 6 nights. The property is just as pictured, maybe not quite as bright as the photos, but very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had a TV! The kitchen was well-stocked, even with lots of coffee (unusual for a VRBO) and dishwashing pods. Wifi was good. We didn't use washer/dryer but they looked in good condition. Big garage. The location is great, only 10 minutes drive from the strip, and minutes away from lots of restaurants and fast food. Mariana's Supermarket is also close by. Patrick the host was very responsive to all queries. I've stayed at lots of VRBOs and this was one of the best. Highly recommended. Thanks, Patrick!

One of the best stays I’ve had in Vegas. Patrick was very great on communication and answered any and all questions I had. The house was very clean and well kept. Definitely made our Vegas stay memorable.

Great property far enough away from the strip to have genuine peace and quiet, but close enough for easy access. The host was very quick responding to questions and very helpful. The secure garage was a real benefit that we found very helpful. Wifi was good and reliable.

October stay

Home was a good fit for my group, close to the convention center, check in and out was easy enough. We attended an automobile auction and NASCAR. The home was a nice retreat from the busyness of the day.

Clean place

The owner is an excellent communicator and quick to respond. The place was clean and the location was very good for where we needed to go. Backyard wasn't great, had a dirty bbq and bbq utensils, worn out, strained and torn chairs. However, we did not use the backyard so it wasn't really important to us. Overall, we appreciated staying here!
