Open layout w/tile floors; baths; large bedrooms w/fans, kitchen w/breakfast bar plus 500 mbps WIFI. Escape outdoors w/a a cocktail & relax on the patio, grill on the BBQ, soak in the heated spa or snuggle up on those chilly nights w/ a warm fire in the fire pit. Fully stocked w/ plush towels, cotton sheets & top of the line mattresses for your comfort. Loads of table games for your entertainment plus a dartboard, pool table, poker table, old school PACMAN arcade machine and outdoor games available with cornhole, connect 4, and Jenga. Welcome to Vegas! Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. Pack and plays are available upon request.

Perfect little zen house

This was the absolute perfect little house for my friends & I to stay while attending a workshop in Henderson. It was quiet, comfortable and had fun little touches like the pool table, card table and arcade game. The hot tub was a welcome addition to relax our sore muscles after photographing all day. I would definitely stay here again when in the Henderson area.

We had a perfect getaway in a great house! We were so impressed with all the house had to offer- extra towels, soaps provided, clear instructions, and a great place! We lived the hot tub, dart board, PAC man, and poker table. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this house!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here for a week while doing a combination of hiking in the area and going to the strip. The house had everything we needed. We loved how much there was to do at the house and the location was very convenient. Highly recommend.

Annual Trip to Henderson

We come to Henderson area every spring to visit family and enjoy Vegas life. This was the best place we have stayed to date. Will definitely book again if available. It is spacious and comfortable and much to do and enjoy for all ages. Highly recommend to all.

Overall if you would like to stay at a place AWAY from the strip this place fits the bill! Its in a great neighborhood and its a beautiful place close to the airport and the strip. We loved visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park via a bus tour which was awesome. We were able to drive from this location to Hoover Dam. Had an awesome time!

We loved that the hosts were so receptive and respectful. They promptly tended to our questions and needs. The home was perfectly situated near everything especially located so close to my son. Everyone one enjoyed the spaciousness of all rooms and the fact it’s close to a park.

Awesome Property

This property is everything as advertised. Extremely clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hot tub, dartboard, poker table and pool table were a bonus and made for a lot of family fun. The hosts were fantastic and easy to deal with. Zero complaints and I would stay here again with my family.

Great location and beautiful home

This house was spacious and clean with lots of activities to keep us busy while not exploring Vegas. It was also located in a safe neighborhood close to the freeway. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get to the strip and aiport, 2 hours to get to Grand Canyon West and 35 minutes to Red Rock. Henderson also had some great restaurants close by. The owners were always responsive to questions and it worked out that we could have an early check in. We would definitely recommend this for others traveling in a group wanting more than a hotel room.

great location for adventures

The house is just as described. There is plenty of room and things to do inside. We also enjoyed the outside space in the mornings and evenings and were surprised at how private it is. The master suite is very spacious but the other bedrooms are small. The location was perfect for us to go to the strip or out for adventures in the surrounding areas. We would absolutely stay here again.

This home was fabulous! Very clean, well stocked, so many amenities. Exactly as pictured. Our family of 5 stayed here 5 nights.Perfect home base for us. About 15 min to the Airport, 20 min to the Strip. We toured Hoover Dam, hiked at Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire State Park, went birdwatching at the Henderson Bird Preserve, checked out the Vegas Strip, and the Fremont Street experience. The house is well stocked. We appreciated the toiletries, snacks, and K cups provided. We enjoyed cooking on the grill, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, darts, cards, and arcade games at night, after a busy day of adventures. We're from Wisconsin so we thought the Nevada January weather (50s) was nice, but it was still cozy to sit on front of the gas fireplace at night. The washer and dryer were helpful allowing us to pack less. Lots of towels available. . Henderson is a great neighborhood. We grocery shopped at Sprouts, and Target. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 min drive. I highly recommend Chinitas Tapas and Sushi, and the Flower Child. (Our 2 favorite meals this trip!)WiFi was quick and reliable. Great communication with the hosts. Key code door lock worked great. Only things I can think of to add: pens/paper, sugar packets for coffee ( there was creamer & Splenda packets), aluminum foil, and maybe a notebook for people to sign ( I like reading others for trip ideas / recommendations).

As promised!!

This place is just what it claims to be--with the wonderful benefit of an all-included fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to the airport, and a little further to the Strip. Rooms are a little dark, and small master shower, but that's the only critique. Lots of coffee and snacks, and an excellent, pristine outdoor grill. Good place to stay.

This property was perfect for a multigenerational visit to Vegas. Close enough to drive to the strip, but in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Really loved all of the extra touches- snacks, games, books- perfect for downtime.It’s very pretty and looks just like the photos. The hosts, Michelle and Eddie were AWESOME- great communicators. They even drove extra bedding over to us and they were just so nice. Highly recommend, all the way around.

Perfect Getaway

The house was exactly as depicted. Good communications with Michelle and Eddie. Thanks for dropping off the garage door controller. The only thing is to be careful that the spa or maintenance folks don’t exactly come on the days scheduled and may surprise you. Also, there is some age showing in the small crevices of the shower stall. Other than that it was a good location and neighborhood.
