We stayed here for 2+ weeks and it was everything that was advertised. Clean, super quiet and a very comfortable king sized bed. Tracy and Matt provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and responded quickly when we had a question. I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely check into staying here the next time we are in Vegas.

The place was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings on the back patio. The bed was comfy, and the location was a great distance from Red Rock Canyon, which made it perfect for our climbing trip. Would definitely stay again!

This is a nice place!

The guesthouse is immaculate and is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and other businesses nearby. Comfortable bed and tasteful decor throughout. Allow 30 minutes to drive to the Vegas Strip. Hosts were very responsive and check-in a breeze. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in a quiet get-a-way as you tour the tourist areas close to Vegas. I'd book this rental again.

Our unit was spotlessly clean. It was fully equipped with all kinds of thoughtful things. The closet is huge and has plenty of hangers. The backyard was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning. It was private and quiet. We loved everything about the place.

I just wanted to say thank you to Tracy and Matt for hosting my stay. If youโ€™re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay this is most definitely the place!! My flight was arriving early and they were able to accommodate my special request for an early check in. I loved how CLEAN the place was as well. Everything I needed was provided even down to a washer and dryer. I have now found a spot I can go with my family and feel safe and comfortable in the area . Definitely recommend this place!!! Centennial Hills Cozy Comfort

The online pictures do not begin to do this casita/guesthouse justice. It was so clean, quiet and cozy with all of the amenities of home. Appliances are all upscale and new. The home location was so very quiet, yet minutes from every shopping and dining experience you could want. Very quick access to Mt. Charleston AND the strip via easy freeway access. Bed very comfy and bathroom/linens were amazing. The owners were so accommodating and quick to answer our many questions. We had not ONE single issue in a 2 week stay. We will never use a hotel in Las Vegas again.

Can't say enough about this rental. The property, the location, the amenities, the price... it was all above and beyond what I was expecting. Other than daily room service, there isn't one thing any hotel in Las Vegas would have had over this property. Plenty of space, full kitchen, living room... K-Cup coffee maker with some sample pods helped start the morning. Central air with ceiling fans helped keep the place nice and cool. The washer/dryer was a nice addition, since it meant we didn't have to pack so many clothes for the trip. Wifi was good enough to stream Netflix, so no problems there. If there was one thing I would add to this rental, it would be a TV in the bedroom. But honestly, that's nitpicking. When we come back to Vegas, we'll be looking this property up again. Thank you to our host for such an amazing first-time VRBO rental experience.

Two Happy Seniors

It was a amazing stay. Don't stay on the strip again for there is so much more to see only 22 miles North. The area is so modern if you have a favorite restaurant, store, it's there. If you just want to relax stay at this prosperity and enjoy a meal. They have everything you need at this amazing 600 Sq Ft Prosperity. They lack nothing including Soaps,Shampoo. Take Time to look at the pictures all new appliances , Very nice bed, walkin closet. Motion detector outside lights and a personalized combination coded door. We are in our late 70's and felt very safe. Tracy our prosperity contact was so easy to work with, example a day before we were to check out, day 6 , she asked if she could come around the back and update the patio furniture ? Then she texted me to say she was done didn't hear a sound. PROS I could go on and Would we come back - YES CONS Hot outside - Really its JUNE We figured we saved 75% over staying on the strip
