Best Place to Stay

My best friend and I stayed here for 5 days and we loved it. It’s in a safe neighborhood, so clean and cute, and perfectly placed within 10-20 mins of all activities. We will definitely rent this space every time we’re in town.

I enjoyed the place. It’s small, but has everything you need. Also enjoyed the secluded patio area. No complaints at all, perfect for a quick getaway!

Great small place to stay in Vegas!

Very nice stay at this small apartment. Well equipped with everything needed for kitchen, small stove, full refrigerator. Host was super friendly and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great and clean option

The property was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities to cook small meals. The shower was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the small outdoor patio. I would definitely recommend this for a couple looking for a quiet affordable stay in the LV area.

A nice relaxing change from the busy strip. Loved the apartment, very clean, all was provided for all our needs and the covered outside area was a great plus!

Nice and affordable place to stay in Las Vegas

Very clean and comfortable place for one or two guests, about 20 minutes from the main hotels, good and quick communication with the host, just one note, the the water handles in the bathroom sink are backwards (hot/cold)

Beautiful little space for 2 travelers. The owner provides a lot of the necessities, from dishes down to shampoo/conditioner. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent location to the strip. Would have liked more than one towel per guest and one pillow per guest. Sheets were stiff, like they had been starched. Other than that it was a good place to crash for the night!

Cozy

It was a great weekend . Property was great I plan to use that same location any time my husband and I go visit our kids and granddaughter. For a little studio place it was perfect for us. I would recommend it to anyone it’s so much better than a hotel room and it’s in a quiet neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped

This place was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen allowed efficient meal prep. Everything just fit perfectly in this place. We don't spend much time hanging out at the room where we're staying; just need a home base that has a decent kitchen and washer/dryer. This place was perfect for us. Neighbourhood seemed nice. Highly recommend. Will stay here again next year if possible when we come back for the Olympia.

Superbly clean Slow WiFi Comfy beds Owners brought us sheets for futon bed-so kind Towels thirsty and absorbent and thick Washer/dryer convenient Recommend owners switch the refrigerator/freezer doors to open into the room instead of toward the wall. YouTube has lots of videos on how to do this. It’s easy! Proximate to all the things Comfortable Well stocked Amazing shower

Perfect stay, Perfect location

The unit is exactly as described in the listing on VRBO. It was exactly perfect for me. I was in Las Vegas for the Pizza Convention and this was a far better choice than one of the overcrowded hotels around the Convention Centre. Pro's: * Great communication with the host * Location - quick ride to Boulder Station, Sam's Town and Sunset Station * Safe and quiet neighborhood * Very comfortable accommodations * The shower - this is the most amazing shower I have ever experienced in a rental. * Quick Uber ride to anywhere on the Strip I wanted to go - not expensive * Great outside area accessible only to the rental unit Con's: * I had to leave :(
