Beautiful Single Story Home in Green Valley - Near Airport and LV Strip

Open floor plan with stone flooring - Game table - Library - Large circular sofa seats 1-dozen - Wood burning Cowboy Cauldron (great for making S'mores Yummy), Spa, Grass for croquet in rear yard - Covered Patios - Built-in patio misting system (seasonal) - nearby park and walking trails - Sunset Station Casino 1.4 miles away with bowling, movie theater, arcade and restaurants (Recommend the Oyster Bar - Cajun Cuisine).

For larger groups (over 6-guests) there is an additional nightly fee, applied only to the seventh through tenth guest, i.e. a group of 7-guests is charged the regular rate plus $25/night. For more than (8) and up to (10) guests, please inquire with owner.

The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking.

Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit. Refer to House Rules for more information.

There is a security camera at the exterior entry area, as required by city municipality for security purposes. For security purposes only there is a camera located on the rear yard patio cover near and pointing away from the covered spa.

We loved this home!

We really enjoyed our stay in Henderson! The house has a great open floor plan with a wonderful living and kitchen area. The master suite and master bath are quite spacious. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area with the hot tub and fire cauldron. We would definitely stay again.

Vegas Vacation

Linda's house was the perfect set up for my family attending a wedding in Vegas. Adult children and their spouses had ample room and the kitchen area was ideal for gathering and TV.Throw in the ping pong and hot tub and it could not have gone better.

Perfect location, and it was fully equipped to meet all our needs.

Great vegas get away!

Trip to Vegas with family!

Home was perfect for 8 adults! Plenty of room to visit and yet not feel crowded. Home was clean and convenient to access the Strip as well as travel to Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire. Had a wonderful time.

Mother's 80th Birthday

It was a perfect location and beautiful house. My older mother did have trouble getting in and out of the car as the driveway is a steep pitch so keep in mind if you are mobility challenged.

Wonderful Vegas Trip!

These accommodations were perfect! We had our daughter's wedding nearby, and this was a big, clean and comfortable spot for us to hang out. It is close to everything Vegas. The rooms are separated enough for privacy, and the outdoor area is a welcome retreat! Thank you, we will be back!!

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

This home was a great choice for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers for the Grand Prix weekend. Some of our favorite things were the cozy seating areas where we could hang out, the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds and the nice hot tub. We also loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as the running/walking trail system near the home. The owner was very helpful and fantastic to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, roomy house

This is one of the BEST houses we have stayed in. Beautiful and roomy. There were six adults and plenty of space. The house has everything you could need. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Linda is a great host. Very quick with her responses and easily available. I would definitely stay here again.

Short, but wonderful stay

Many in our group remarked on how clean the house was. In a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the coffee and sugar was a welcome comfort. On suggestion: put together a “how to” binder for directions on operating items or other more nuanced things. Hope to stay here again!

Fantastic Weekend

We were in Las Vegas for a family weekend, and we booked this property. Linda and Cindy were an absolute pleasure to work with! The house more than met our expectations, plenty of room and it was spotless! Plenty of little amenities (games, hot tub, coffee, BBQ grill).
