Perfect Las Vegas getaway vacation experience you will ever have!
This modern ranch house with detached beach house has 1 spacious pool and 1 heated beach pool with jacuzzi(heating fee $80/night). Total of 9 rooms, 3 king beds and 6 queen beds, 2 main kitchens, brand new appliances fully furnished, 5 bathrooms. RV parking is available!
❌ No party! No smoking in the house!
(Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay.)
❌ For your safety, DO NOT unplug any security system in the house. All cameras are located in the outside area.
🐶 If you are bring pets, keep them away from the pool and beds.
⛔️ Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Do not flush anything down the toilets.
🏊🏼♀️ Pool cleaning: every Thursday morning
♨️ Heated Pool: 85-90F
Before check out:
📌 Rinse dirty dishes and put them in the washer
📌 If you move any furnitures, move them back to the original places
📌 Turn off the AC / heater

Not worth the money
The first reason I would pass on this house again is the kitchens that live directly behind the backyard. They is at least 40-50 of them and they have roosters. It was almost 24-7 with them. They’re very noisy and distracting. The house is very confusing to navigate. Small kitchen. The overall craftsmanship of the house is weak. Definitely not worth the money. The management/owner was great. Very responsible.
