A cozy formal dining & Livingroom for a special occasion.

This property is great for corporate housing 30days or more. If your dates very from the recommended length of stay please select the contact host button to send an inquiry to me. This home is near the freeway. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room.
There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa.
With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability.
Also please be mindful that the garage is unavailable at this time.
There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property, Doorbell camera, backyard at the pool camera , driveway camera , side of the house ( RV parking ) camera .

Such an amazing property. The backyard is like a private paradise. The home was amazing. Close to shopping like Costco n Walmart and in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The house was great for the family stay. Price is great for the amount of space you have and has a great pool. There is shopping and restaurants right around the corner. The hostess Judith was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Vegas.

The house was very spacious overall. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby (but not walking distance). Large, well equipped kitchen. Easy access to highway. Highly recommend a trip to Death Valley NP while you are there if you have time.

Oasis in the desert

Lovely, well maintained, and comfortable home with a beautiful pool, yard, and well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping and highways. This home was spectacular! It is much bigger on the inside compared to the pictures. There was plenty of space for our group of four. The home was spotless when we arrived. We had very good communication through the app with the host about check in and departure. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, which is what we were looking for. Really nice property. They only need to refresh the mattess/pillows and replace some light bulbs. We ended up buying foam covers for the beds to make them bearable. We enjoyed the location off the strip and our stay.
