1900 SqFt House 5beds/3bath W/Heated Pool/Spa/BBQ.

Located close to everything in a super quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a security camera at the front door for your safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.


Winter time period:
To heat the jacuzzi is 35$ per day.
If you would like to heat the pool it will cost $85$ per day but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it. There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in the pool.



Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 9PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund.I have also officially been short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.



Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
