Was nit impressed with the room. Dirty towels in our room (was it even cleaned?) when we arrived. A bag of dirty towels in the hallway for a long time Drawer missing in dresser. Mentioned to front desk but was told “that was the style”. Too funny Food options at the hotel was good. Overall would not return

Pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms are. Lots of places to eat and lots to do there and in the area. We walked pretty much anywhere Only thing I didn’t like is I felt like we were being nickel and dimed to death. But I feel like that’s everywhere in Vegas. We’d stay again I think.

Our stay here was very nice. It was clean and restaurant choices were fine. One of the restaurants was short staffed with servers. The bartender had to wear many hats that night but kept his cool as we were all sitting at the bar ordering food. I would recommend this hotel.

Resort fees a rip off. Fridge space in room but no fridge. $25 a day to hire. No customer service. Loved pool area, atmosphere in hotel casino areas

I always love New York New York resort I was upset though because as I was checking out there was room service charges to my room for food and I explain to the hotel hostess that I never ordered room service they did take the charges off but I asked why the charges happen and the mistake was that sometimes people from other rooms call and mistaken the room number which is understandable but there needs to be a better structure on that because what if I paid it without realizing it or whatever the case be but the hostess was nice

The shower was terrible! No water pressure, water only covered a fraction of your body so you were freezing, couldn’t avoid having to step on extended floor drain which was painful. Fridge wasn’t cold at all and the nearest ice maker was 38 floors down.

Great view from front of hotel. Roller coaster not too loud. At the end of the strip so walking far but monorail available in mgm across street. Prices of food in food court high. Great atmospher, greay access to road. Would definitely stay again

We love New York, New York. We stay there a lot. The piano bar is our favorite and those Rubens at the sandwich shop cannot be beat! The only thing I wish was better was the pet. It’s very small.

I knew what I was getting with rooms at NYNY so there were no surprises for the most part. The price was very reasonable. I will say their process for making your own keys was pretty crappy. There's just no reason for it other than not wanting to employ more staff to man the front desk. It was clumsy and slow.

Really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. Lots of restaurants and very convenient to the other MGM hotels. I really liked the NY street area, very fun and well done. Negatives for me were lack of vegetarian food options, loud guests at all hours and usually very smoky casino. But overall clean and one of the most fun hotels on the strip.

First time in Vegas and NYNY was great! Very clean and great food right in our hotel. Free trams to take you south to Luxor and Mandalay Bay were useful. And not a bad walk going north.
