"Very nice small hotel with attentive staff and simplistic but stylish decor. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but most were closed due to the time of the year (September a lot of places close). There was a bad storm and the power went out for >11 hours which was unpleasant, but out of control of the hotel and staff. Beach is within walking distance and there is a little bit of an ocean view."

"The house was very easy to find and had a nice secured entrance with a groundskeeper/24 hr security attendant (Juan) that lives on site. Juan was very very helpful hardworking. We had a little issue with the front door electronic lock not locking but Miguel the property manager fixed it that day with a brand new door handle and lock. The property pool faces a cute boutique hotel which has a nice carafe that offers coffee, pastries, fresh juices and smoothies and also a small menu. Lots of restaurants with in close proximity to the house and the actual downtown of todos santos is about 10 minutes drive. The house was comfortable and each room has an en suite bathroom for privacy when staying with other couples or guests. The grounds are immaculate and the neighborhood felt very safe. We will definitely want to rebook the house when we come back next year. "
