Spectacular Cozy Sea View Staffed, Colonial Style, Walk to Beach, Luxury Villa

A wonderful colonial style villa located in Loma Bonita in Las Terrenas Dominican Republic.
From the beginning we help you customize your stay to your expectations:.
Our focus is YOUR vacation and are included in the rental rate the following services:
- Local concierge service.
- Daily cleaning.
- Grocery shopping.
- Cooking: breakfast and lunch service, drinks and cocktails prepared and served. Dinner service is extra and can be arranged.
- 24/7 security.
The villa has just been renovated and is available for a limited time with a very discounted rate.
Guests will have exclusive access to the complete villa, swimming pool and gardens included with the daily staff: Concierge, Housemaid, Gardener and House attendant.

Important Information:

- Electricity and gas are not included. We charge a 100US$ deductible deposit at check-in, the left over is returned as checkout after reading the meters.
- We charge a nightly extra guest fee of 20$ above 4 guests.
- Check-in window is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Early check-in is free and based on availability. After 7:00 PM only self service check-in.
As of June 1st 2020 we have been implementing an Enhanced Cleaning and Hygiene Policy.
