Search Las Palmas hotels

The best time to go to Las Palmas is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to May) and autumn (September to October).

During these months, you'll experience pleasant temperatures, typically ranging from 20°C to 26°C, with less humidity than the peak summer months. This makes it ideal for exploring the city's attractions and enjoying the beaches without the intense heat or larger crowds. You'll also find that flights and accommodation are generally more affordable, offering better value for a quality trip.

For those looking to enjoy the beaches and water sports, late spring offers warm sea temperatures and plenty of sunshine. It's a great time for couples or solo travellers who appreciate leisurely days by the coast and outdoor dining in the evenings.

Autumn also provides excellent weather for outdoor activities and cultural exploration. The city's parks and historic quarters, like Vegueta, are particularly enjoyable when the weather is mild.
