Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. We stayed three nights. Room clean, modern and compact. Sound levels external to the hotel were fine. Bakeries, café and supermarkets on your doorstep. No tea or coffee provided. Coffee maker or kettle randomly allocated to each room. Small fridge in room. Bring a couple of plastic bowls for cereal and a knife to cut bread rolls in your room for breakfast if you're on a budget or Scottish, like us. Bus stop around the corner to the old town. Beach near the hotel is lovely - 2 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay. Chinese buffet on the beach front was excellent, food and price wise. Enjoy, life's tooooo short.

Enjoyable stay in las Palmas.

Handy location for beach and good bus service nearby. Rooms clean and quirky with glasd bathroom . Bed very comy. Could be a bit noisy with traffic. Rooftop area nice to relax. Shame bar not open.

The hotel was very good for a short stay in Gran Canaria. It‘s located in the near of a famous beach and a lot of restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel wasn‘t very clean and in need of renovation. the service at the reception was very good, the staff were friendly!

Positive hotel with a great location

The hotel is new, the rooms are really fresh. However my room had a constant quest with the lights on.The excellent central air conditioner does not turn on heating, only cooling and drying. Among the advantages is a small pool on the roof with the opportunity to sunbathe and just spend time in the fresh air with a harbor view.

Perfectly located a 5 minute walk to Las Canteras beach, for direct access to the beach and its long seafront walk filled with restaurants and bars, this hotel is new, modern, efficiently run with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast each morning was of a very high standard and included fresh fruit and baked pastries, as well as eggs. There are bus stops immediately outside of the hotel for easy access to other parts of the city and just 4 stops away from Santa Catalina interchange to connect with the longer distance buses to the airport and Maspalomas. We will definitely return when we return to Las Palmas

Service was good and friendly, but one reception girl with glasses was all the time boring and didn’t even greet you mostly. Room was nice and basic. The audio of traffic hear in the room pretty clear so at the evening I had to use earplugs. Cleaner made your bed every day but didn’t clean your floor well (sand, dead skin of sun burning) and some times you get clean shower towel and sometimes you use same towel two days. Breakfast service was perfect. Overall 4/5.

Great location pre-cruise, great staff & breakfast

The room was fine. The staff were very good. Armando at reception was very pleasant and helpful. He was professional and cheery at check in and gave me very good local advise on places to eat for dinner. I went to one of his recommendations (La Tapatica) and had a very nice Canarian meal. Daniela and Manuel (Mano) in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely. I was by myself and Mano was very nice to me and we chatted a bit about favourite Canarian and Spanish food, and he made breakfast very nice and gave an excellent example of Canarian hospitality. Thank you Mano! The breakfast food was very good and I liked that there was good Spanish food there, and not just regular western tourist food. The Canarian cheese, pan con tomate and yogurt was very good, as was the coffee. I will recommend this hotel to cruisers who will start their cruise in Gran Canaria and need to stay somewhere the night before. Thanks.

If you enjoy traffic noise and nightly dormouse sounds, this hotel might be for you. For me, it was a nightmare. I had to change rooms four times due to unbearable traffic noise and rodent sounds in the walls at night. Even after multiple room changes, the problems continued. In the end, I was placed in a room facing the main street again. The night receptionist dismissed my complaints by calling me “very sensitive” — completely inappropriate. I slept around 3 hours per night and could not recover at all. Only positive: breakfast. This hotel does not meet three-star standards.

stayed here for 5 nights in January 2026. paid the premium for the business rooms with a view of the Port. the room was very small and had no wear to sit and relax... no way are these business rooms as the desk is small and there are no international TV channels. there wasn't even any coffee provided even though there was a coffee machine. the fridge barely chills drinks so is a waste of time. the air con kept automatically coming on at full blast at 5am each morning even though I'd switched it off. the desk chair was completely broken. the only good thing was the power shower and view. otherwise, don't bother paying extra for these rooms and just get a normal room which has the same facilities... definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place next to the good connections

We stayed here for few nights during our longer trip in Canary Islands. The hotel looked quite new and felt like new. Bed was quite comfortable, maybe a little bit too hard for me. AC worked well but I think it was a little bit too overpowered for the room, we had to use it on the slowest fan speed to keep the room comfy. Breakfast was basic consisting fruits, pastries, bacon.. a good day starter. A really nice stay and I would come again here.

Not bad not good

The staff is very friendly but the place of breakfast is too small and crowded. Air conditioning is soon bad. The room is too small but not that Mach bad for one night If want to stay more check out the size. The location is not in a good area and should be careful, although, I haven't seen any issue it was told.

It’s was great quality. The wc and the shower is in the same room as the bedroom. Everything you can see was clean, but under the bed and the corridors weren’t, even tho the cleaning personnel were inside and cleaned the room and floor. The floor was actually dirty, only 10 min walking without socks, turned the feet black. I would recommend to use shoes inside. Also, it was very central ++

We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the concierge came to have a look. Apearantly the TV's hdmi wasn't working, so I asked her if we could try another TV, maybe another room. She was fully booked, which I understand, but the next day there would be people leaving so they would get back to that. Never spoke 1 word about it.

Not worth a cent.

Air conditioning was not working. Three hours after being in the room, called reception desk to solve it. Asked for another room; had none available (don’t believe that). The maintenance person was not available. They brought a FAN to solve it. Spent a very hot night in a small room with no windows! Regarding the bathroom: toilet is in one corner of the room and the shower is in another. Lavatory is right in front of your bed. So you have to cross from one side to the other when using your bathroom! No restaurant. No services. They did not even try to look for another hotel for me. I will never again reserve there and do not recommend it! Not worthy a single penny spent!

Ich war vom 9. bis 23. Dezember 2025 in diesem Hotel und habe mich durchgehend sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und stark kundenorientiert. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur eine Zimmernummer zu sein. Auch die Housekeeping-Damen waren sehr zuverlässig, gründlich und ebenfalls freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, und es wurde respektiert, wenn man einmal länger geschlafen hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der sogar sonntags geöffnet hat, ein größerer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleiner Park liegt um die Ecke, und der Strand ist in etwa 350 m fußläufig erreichbar. Die Busanbindung in der Nähe ist optimal, um problemlos von A nach B zu kommen. Kostenloses WLAN war im Hotel vorhanden und funktionierte zuverlässig. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Qualität, Auswahl und Service haben überzeugt. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter, angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
