"Perfect location for getting around or going for long walks. It's in the heart of everything. Lovely staff. Room was nice, clean and comfortable with a little view of the ocean which I greatly appreciated. The lobby area is fantastic for chilling out solo or with a group. "The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help.
