"The best part was the bed, very firm and comfortable. The worst part was the noise in the room coming from the street outside. Their TV system is really bad including no TV guide available which discourages from even try to watch tv. "

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.
