"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Duluth home for our Christmas vacation! Morgan was a very responsive, kind and helpful host, and the home was set up with everything we needed. My Florida kids had their first real snow experience, and were thrilled to play in the huge yard, watch a family of deer right outside, and roast marshmallows by the fire pit. It feels very private, while still being within 20 minutes of downtown. The views and overlooks off North Shore drive are stunning. Would definitely recommend! "
