About this property
Charming townhouse with pool
- A beautiful townhouse in the middle of the town center of Laroque des Alberes at the foot of the picturesque Pyrenees. The sea and numerous beaches are a short drive away. However, if you don't feel like driving, you can enjoy a relaxing sunny day by the large private pool (approx. 5x10m) in the garden. Our property has 2 separate cottages, each with a parking space and a large common pool area, which is used exclusively by our guests.
The cottage has a large living room with a sitting area, dining area, and an American kitchen. It sleeps a total of 6 people - 2 separate bedrooms and a passage room - and of course a bathroom with shower. The double beds have sizes 140; 160; 2 x 2 meters. On the balcony, there is seating for up to 6 people.
Our townhouse has a private parking space in the yard.
