Staff are all really hardworking and very helpful. Location is great. Bathrooms need upgrading, but other than that, it is a great place to stay, in a great location with excellent food at a good price. It is my preferred hotel in Protaras.

Unfortunately the blonde receptionists were unbothered and sometimes rude towards us as guests. Already at check-in we did not even get a welcoming nor an explanation of the hotel , only a paper with instruction and a hand gesturing wanting our passports. Not the best impression. Another time, when we asked if they knew more detailed information about the AirPort shuttle we got a rude reply that we should not ask them about it. Luckily, we got a very warm and caring help from another receptionist, Mikaela. When we had an issue regarding our room she was very helpful and kind, as well as her manager in the back. The guys in the beach bar were also very kind and had a fun way of serving! Apart from having black hairs in the bathroom and in our bed after cleaning ( we are blonde) the hotel was price worthy, had everything you needed & a great location.

We stayed first day of opening 1/5/24 just for 2 nights, to say this was first day of opening and first to check in, if I had arrived for 1 or 2 weeks I would of been very disappointed. Room was a good size and could be really nice, great view and good size balcony. Paint work needed touching up in rooms, headboard had a split in it which should of been repaired, landing had a smell to it and I think only certain floors were open for rooms, pool and pool area was great and hotel location is great however sunbed cushions are dirty and some ripped sunbeds. Restaurant was used for breakfast and lunch and was fine for what we needed but tables need to be set as you spend your time looking for cutlery each morning, we ate out on evenings. Stayed here 20 years ago and was excellent however wouldn’t return again now.

Great location, not so great hotel

Little to no atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were rude, and it was a really weird experience when you were eating lunch and dinner. A lot of staff were just waiting for you to be done eating, so they could take the plates, while the other waitresses who were in charge of drinks for the dinner arrived when we were done eating, or didn’t even come. The best food was the snacks between the buffet, and we are usually not picky eaters. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the pool area. The elevators didn’t work as they should, so many guests had to use the stairs, included people who had bad knees. The lack of costumer service and bad atmosphere gave us a bad experience. We heard other guests complain about the exact same issues. On our next vacation we will be more critical when we read the reviews for the hotel, and I hope that you will take this review in consideration before booking this hotel.

Hotel require deep clean and some areas would benefit from refurbishment. Area around the pool well maintained, hotel is right by the beach and very close to all shops and restaurants. Food was decent but is lacking of atmosphere, a bit of music by the pool and restaurant area would be appreciated by the guests. Cleaners needs to be better and this would be a lovely place

Needs Renovation and Refesh !

The hotel needs a renovation and a good refresh(Photos misleading). Staff were friendly and polite, did their best to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant,thank you Ivon and Michalis(Ass. Manager).Air conditioning in reception area and room was insufficient for August heat.Great and convenient location.

booked with expedia with free wifi, hotel said they sold it on to someone else so had to pay 24 eur for the week plus 2 eur per day for safe and 2 eur a day for the fridge. was at the front of the hotel the Noise from the pub across the road, had live music till 1230 plus then disco till 0200.VERY LOUD.

Clean and convenient! But that’s all!

Rooms were clean. Paid for sea view, provided with a side sea view, that was closer to the sea than other side sea view rooms further back!!!!. They call them sea view rooms. Had to pay for Wi-Fi, had to pay for a safe in room, had to pay deposit for pool towels. Breakfast bellow average

Not enough parking facilities, had to park quite a distance away to start with, after complaining to reception a member of staff who was going off shift gave up her parking space for me. Hotel could do with some TLC, a few staff were welcoming but most looked fed up with being there. Some of the outside furniture was falling apart Food was well cooked, and presented well.

The hotel is in a good place by the sea but it has some problems like there was no air conditioning at the reception, the service was very poor, the staff needed more education. There are persons of the staff that they don’t speak Greek and you have to speak English in your own country. The food was ok, not the best but ok.

Place is quite rundown, booked a double and got twin beds with one sheet on top of a mattress to lie on and nothing to use as a duvet. The sheets and towels both had brown stains. Walls are marked all over the hotel and hasn't been painted in years. Air con in the room just about worked. Pool and beach area is nice enough and whilst the food wasn't great there was a good selection and you can ask for a voucher to eat at the 5 star sister hotel one night.

Shame!!

The hotel needs a serious renovation! No security at all. Sun-beds occupied by non residents! The elevators were very busy and full of residents baring no masks. Too expensive for what you get! You pay a lot of money just for the position! What an awful experience!

A shame as could be lovely

The rooms are in poor condition, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The hallway to the rooms have carpets & very dirty. The lifts need a good scrub, looks like drinks have been spilt & not cleaned. Our balcony was very dirty & hadn’t been cleaned for a long time as very stained. Reception staff miserable & rude. The restaurant set up crazy. Have to walk in through the door then carry your food back out to the pool area, while the staff use the door that goes directly into the food area. Staff getting food while the restaurant still open for customers, no tables set up with napkins, knives, forks etc. I asked if there was any melon I was told no the restaurant closing, it was 30 minutes before it was due to close. The location is the best part, directly onto the beach & to the main strip for bars etc. It’s a shame as could be a great hotel needs to updating & customer service training.
