Perfect location, amazing sea views, and great food.
walkable distance to Fig Tree Beach and shops, great main pool, food buffet with a lot of options and always fresh.
The room was nice and clean. The kitchen area was very basic and the bathroom definitely needs some updating and looking after as had rust in the bathtub and cracked tiles everywhere.
The kids' pool is way too small for the number of babies/toddlers and small kids playing in it (especially in Covid times) and could do with more things added to it than just one small waterslide.

Пляж и море возле отеля очень хорошие !!! Сам отель не очень новый . Потание в ресторане достойное . Вино же не соответствует статусу отеля . Заказывали тольно один раз . Больше не стали . Сервис тоже не навязчивый . В отеле с 4* тапки ,халаты и ванные принадлежности принесли только на следующий день после просьбы на рецепции . Воду и чайные принадлежности в номер кладут только ОДИН раз , при заселении , хотя отель дорогой : 6
900 € за три дня. Но все это компенсируется ПРЕКРАСНЫМИ морем и пляжем !

Great cuisine, good service, excellent team, amazing sea. We were lucky that in June there were only about 100 tourists in the hotel. therefore, everywhere was silence, birds were singing in the garden. We enjoyed entering the purest sea by the stairs. Only the rooms are not new anymore, but this is compensated by the breathtaking sea view from the windows.

Прекрасный отель для спокойного семейного отдыха. Много развлечений для детей и взрослых с детьми. Зеленая территория, чистое море - спуск по лесенке, недалеко в 100 м пляж Fig Tree Bay с разными водными аттракционами. Питание - шведский стол - разнообразное, напитки, включая сухие вина и игристое вино, без ограничения с утра до вечера. От сладостей и мороженого глаза разбегаются, а талия увеличивается. Для любителей физкультуры и спорта есть тренажерный зал и отличная длинная набережная для пробежек и спортивной ходьбы.

В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Теперь о плюсах и минусах.
Плюсы:
- большая площадь номеров (у нас был номер 45 м2 двухкомнатный)
- небольшой кухонный уголок в номере с микроволновкой, холодильником, чайником, посудой, раковиной.
- отличная уборка номеров, ежедневное мытьё полов, замена белья 2 или 3 раза в течении 9 дней.
- отличное расположение, практически в центре Протараса, есть 3 спуска в море с территории отеля, нет необходимости ходить на городской пляж
- Хорошие завтраки, обеды, ужины. Есть возможность замены ужина на обед.
Минусы:
- отсутствие лифтов или спусков в связи с чем довольно непросто занести по лестницам чемоданы, если номер не на первом этаже.
- 99% людей отдыхает в этом отеле по системе все включено, в связи с чем им выдают при заселении браслеты. Мы отдыхали по системе завтрак, ужин и у нас таких браслетов не было из-за чего возникали некоторые недоразумения на пляже и в ресторане, что мы не из этого отеля.
- лежаков достаточно много, хотя часть народа бегает занимать их в 7 утра. Лежаки без матрасов.
Также хочу отметить, что в отеле отсутствует русский язык. Хотя для нас это не было проблемой.
