This 120 m² residence can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms).
On the ground floor: - Large entrance hall with cupboard. - Master bedroom 1 with 180 cm double bed, private bathroom with bathtub, access to a private terrace. - Master bedroom 2 with 160 cm double bed, private shower room and access to a private terrace. - Large dressing room. - Separate toilet. - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor: - Large living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and stove. - Open-plan, fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). - Access to the terrace with dining area. - Office. - Bedroom 3 with pull-out bed and shower. - Separate toilet.
