Charmant duplex en bord de mer - Port de Kernevel
## Space
This old sardine fishermen's quarter is surrounded by the large Kernevel marina (during the summer, a small kiosk serves as a bread and pastry stall every morning), its 3 beautiful Villas rich in history, including the Villa Margaret, where it's good to stop and sample the local produce, and 2 sandy beaches (100m).
Its location means you can enjoy water-based activities such as sailing, angling or fishing (periwinkles, cockles, clams, etc.), kayaking, paddling, kite surfing and other water sports (3 slipways for easy access).
A summer boat-bus service takes you directly from the Port de Kernevel to Gâvres and Port Louis (big night market every Wednesday in July and August, with music and food).
The Escal'Ouest company (departing from Kernvevel) will show you the beauty of the island of Groix, the Blavet or introduce you to sea fishing.
You'll find all the local shops you need: bakery, tobacconist's, butcher's, restaurants, pub, crêperie (5 minutes' walk). A hypermarket and a Séquoïa SPA centre (3 mins by car).
There's no shortage of things to do in the commune: beautiful fine sand beaches, free summer activities (zumba, yoga, fitness, coastal walking, concerts, etc.), a casino, a market every Sunday morning, coastal paths as far as Guidel Plage (20 km).
Cycle paths take you to the town centre of Larmor Plage (5 mins) or to Lorient and the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly and its ocean racing centre (15 mins on safe paths).
A small private courtyard at the rear of the building is ideal for storing your bikes.
Bus routes are a 5-minute walk away, providing quick access to Lorient town centre and the SNCF train station.
The airport is 10 km away and the train station 7 km.

THE CITY OF LORIENT
Just a few hours from Paris, Rennes or Nantes, the port city can be explored by road, rail or ocean, and even from the air! The citadel at Port-Louis, the ramparts at Hennebont and the Fort Bloqué at Ploemeur are just a few of the thousands of years of architecture that mark a land that is rich in its ancestors and proud of its battles. The commercial port of Kergroise, the fishing port of Keroman, the passenger port which carries over 450,000 passengers a year to the island of Groix, and the marinas spread across Lorient, Kernevel, Port-Louis, Gâvres and Guidel.
Lorient's reputation as a port city is well established!
THE CITY OF VANNES
Put down your suitcases and take a stroll through the cobbled streets of the town's historic centre, down to the port or along the ramparts. During your stroll, allow yourself a little gourmet break to discover the local flavours in Vannes' restaurants. Your thirst for curiosity will be satisfied by the variety of visits and activities on offer.
