A l'avant, vous trouverez un petit jardinet et une place de parking.

A l'arrière, vous pourrez profiter d'un jardin arboré (non clos) avec une triple balançoire donnant sur un grand pré privé avec des chevaux. Tout cet espace, ainsi que les chevaux appartiennent à la propriétaire de la maison.

⚠️ Le pré est délimité par une cloture éléctrique 12V. Pour la tranquillité des animaux, l'accès n'y est pas autorisé.

La maison se situe dans un lotissement calme et agréable, à quelques pas de l'Étang du Ter.

Vous pourrez facilement accéder à la Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly, à la Cité des Moussaillons, au sous-marin Flore, à la tyrolienne géante, ainsi qu’aux bars et restaurants très agréables du secteur.

Le centre-ville de Larmor-Plage, avec ses nombreux restaurants et bars en bord de mer, ainsi que les plages de Port Maria et de Toulhars, sont très appréciés et accessibles en moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

Le port de Kernevel, avec ses bateaux de plaisance (location possible), ses bars et ses restaurants les pieds dans l’eau, se trouve également à quelques minutes en voiture.

Un supermarché Leclerc est accessible à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le centre de bien-être Séquoia (piscine, fitness, spa) ainsi que l’hôtel-restaurant Les Rives du Ter se trouvent à environ 10 minutes à pied. Vous y trouverez également une cave spécialisée en vins nature.
