Très bon accueil et hôte très arrangeant. Appartement idéalement situé (plages et centre ville à coté) et très spacieux. Terasse avec une vue sur la plage. Tout pour passer un bon séjour. Larmor-Plages est une station balnéaire très agréable et on peut accéder à l'île de Groix facilement en partant de Lomener.

Ce que nous avons apprécié de notre séjour automnal chez Alain:. Terrasse équipée face a la plage Toulhars. Proximité commerces: boulangerie, poissonnerie, supermarchés City Market, Utile, pharmacie, office de tourisme.... Accessible par transports en commun: TGV Lorient et bus T4 Pen Palud arrêts Menez ou Larmor Plage.. Sens de l'accueil de l'hôte puisque Alain est venu nous chercher en personne à l'arrêt de bus. Réactivité d' Alain, habitant sur place. Une grande télé dans séjour et une deuxième dans chambre. Documentation en libre service pour nous aider a explorer Larmor plages et environs mais aussi plein, plein de livres Pour revenir aux étoiles, ce sera.plutot 3 étoiles.Nous avons transmis a Alain notre liste de points a améliorer dont a terme la rénovation du revêtement sol hall d'entrée, couloir, séjour.Pourquoi pas du revêtement de sol stratifié imitation bois haute densité ?En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec cerise sur le gâteau, du soleil une bonne partie du séjour et découvert la plage Locqueltas et environs.Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour des retours futurs.

sejour tres agreable

Un appartement calme, emplacement exceptionnel avec de beaux volumes et un hôte très accueillant.Néanmoins j'estime qu'une classification 3 étoiles serait plus adaptée. En effet l'appartement mériterait un sérieux raffraichissement (moquettes, tapisseries etc...) Les sièges manquent également de confort.Par ailleurs la propreté à l'arrivée n'était pas top.

Excellente situation

les plus : Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Commerces et restos à proximité (voiture pas indidpensable).Bel espace ds appart sauf salle d’eau très exigu. Propriétaire avenant et prêt à répondre à vos demandes.les moins : propreté : un entretien approfondi serait nécessaire ainsi qu’un rafraîchissement de l’appartement. Par rapport à la notation de 4 étoiles, je préconiserais plutôt 3.

nous avons aimé la cite de la voile , la visite de Port louis , sa citadelle et son musée et bien sur la vue depuis l'appartement sur la plage et l'entrée de la rade avec le va et vient de la marée et des bateaux de tous genres

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Le point fort de cet appartement est la vue sur la mer et la terrasse très agréable. Mais le logement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement général sauf la cuisine qui est très fonctionnelle. Petits commerces juste à côté ce qui est bien pratique.Le propriétaire est sympathique, à disposition si besoin et arrangeant pour les horaires.

Appartement "Comme chez soi"

Contact et accueil impeccables, on plonge directement dans le garage en sous-sol, guidé par le propriétaire qui s'est même déclaré "Groom" de service ! Appartement traversant, nickel, spacieux, tout confort, cuisine complète, avec même plus que le nécessaire à disposition et grand balcon. Le soleil se lève juste en face sur Port-Louis et se couche donc à l'arrière, côté nuit. Vue sur la rade de Lorient et le fort. Tout à pied, tous les commerces, le marché et les restaurants se trouvent à un jet de pierre tandis que la grande plage est en face à quelques mètres. Pas de circulation bruyante, rue piétonnière la plupart du temps. Super séjour que nous ré-itérerions volontiers.
