"Very friendly staff and couldn’t do enough for you. Great beers and Loved The Brewery being in the pub. Was an added bonus! Would Definately stay again and recommend to friends and family , "
"Great quirky pub, restaurant and hotel. Ideal for us on our way to Norwich. Have stayed before, so was looking forward to going back. Delicious food, lovely, comfy beds in fun 'cow' themed rooms. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Will definitely stay there again, on our next trip to that part of the world."
"The pub that I stayed in for the night, was very cozy. the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Central to the center of town 2 min walk, the staff at the westgate pub were friendly and they cooked a very nice breakfast in the morning. the westgate is perfect for a one night stop over."
"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"Second time we've stayed here this year.
The Spa and Health club are free to hotel guests and its a really great breakfast in the morning. Having a small fridge with some free water and milk was a really nice touch.
Great location to travel from in the area."
"I’m a bit late in posting the review but better late than never. Excellent property in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the scenic river Cam.
Stayed here for my birthday with my family.. loved the place and how the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Shout out to Arthur, Kim, Lauren and Kirti at front desk, you are rock stars! "
"Overnight stay on route to Snetterton Circuit on Sunday.
Stayed in the Cowshed self contained room just away from building; great facilities and quiet space away from a wedding party on the day"
"The stay was wonderful everybody was so nice and friendly especially Martin, Karen and Rosie made our stay so nice. Wonderful staff but Martin Stone was our favourite. The only problem was the mattress was very soft and you could feel the springs."
