Great amenities near by and many options for dining. Outside noise all night at times, especially following soccer games. The check in process could be improved however the hostess was pleasant.

I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered. Instead of showing any understanding, the staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked about my message and requested a slightly later checkout due to our late arrival, I was told no in an unfriendly manner. The room was also very dirty. There was a spider on the bed that scared my children, the floor was dusty, and the faucet was filthy. I have photos and videos as proof. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of communication, and unfriendly service made this a very disappointing stay.
