Home has 3 large bedrooms, all with ocean view. Sofa bed in library sleeps an additional 2 people. Master bedroom on the main floor includes ensuite with soaker tub, two person shower and double vanity. Two large upstairs bedrooms with shared full bathroom, and a seating area with ocean view deck. All bedrooms feature TVs. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace. Also on the main floor is a TV room and an office with a desk and printer. Large back deck with covered dining and a Blackstone grill off of the kitchen. Laundry facilities are on the main floor.
Ocean view seating patio at front of home. Fully fenced backyard has a private spa and outdoor shower area, as well as a patio with gas fire pit and seating. Also available is a beautiful oyster shell surface bocce ball lane, with lighted seating area and playhouse.
