Staff was amazing. Jean was the first person that welcomed me. She spoke English fluently and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to Jean, Wilson, Joey, James, Ivan, Bella and Jerry. Visiting from Monterey, California alone made my visit extremely pleasant. Each employee had integrity. I observed that all of them took pride in their job and a strong team environment. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, professional and most of all kind. The room was cozy, quiet, very clean, inviting and spacious. I requested a room with a window and they were able to provide one immediately. There was plenty of warm water for showering twice a day. Location is walking distance to City Mall approximately 12 min and about 4k from downtown. Wilson, the cook provided a delicious breakfast during my 3 night stay. He asked me the day before what time I would like breakfast served. He was timely and always served with a smile; a very pleasant young man. The hotel has a very nice cafe offering many different coffee drinks. It's a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. My only suggestion when relying on public transportation such as a scooter, ask what the cost is prior to getting on. A scooter driver charged me 100 pesos for a 5.5k mile ride. According to the locals, he should have only charged 60 pesos. Other than this, my overall stay at the hotel was fabulous. It was a blessing to stay at this hotel.

Although I knew of the construction going on, I still enjoyed my stay aside from the noise. I'm ready to plan for next year. I will be returning when the pool is finished. Loved the availability of the scooters. Took them out daily. The sun, the trees, the beaches, the convenience of them all made it an experience I wil always remeber. Thanks

Vidal Homes Resort in Dauin was a really enjoyable stay. MJ, Tes, and Jerson were my favorite staff members—both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating the whole time. The restaurant food was amazing, and the overall service stood out. Every staff member consistently greeted me with “Good morning, sir” and “Good night, sir,” which made the resort feel warm, respectful, and well-managed. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thanks Tes!
