"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). "Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....

Princess Andriana Resort & Spa – Ultra All Inclusive

"This was our fourth stay here, and it has become our go-to hotel to relax. The food continues to be of a very high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed it throughout our stay. One small suggestion though – please don’t keep the red wine in the fridge! The addition of the new speciality restaurants is a real bonus. Both the Indian and Mexican restaurants were excellent and were definite highlights of our holiday. The water park is another fantastic addition and adds even more value, especially for families. There are a few areas where some maintenance is needed, particularly around the pool bar, but nothing major. More importantly, the rooms are starting to show their age and could do with a little TLC and closer management oversight. Our room was comfortable, although we had booked a double bed and were given two singles pushed together. It wasn’t a major issue, but when you book a particular room type, it’s nice to receive what you’ve requested. We also had to ask for shower gel and other toiletries to be replenished, which again isn’t a huge problem but is something you wouldn’t expect to have to do in a five-star hotel. We also arrived to find a damaged lampshade, which remained unreplaced throughout our stay. Overall, the theme of our feedback is simple: the hotel needs to focus on the basics. The staff are exceptional and are undoubtedly the reason we continue to return. They are the hotel’s greatest asset. We will definitely be back, but we hope management invests."

"Very clean and simple rooms. Helpful staff. Wide variety at breakfast. Nice views from some rooms out to the mountains/hills. If staying again I would request a room away from the main pool as the music can be loud during the day and up until around 11pm. This can be heard in the rooms very easily. But goes quiet from 11pm so not really an issue unless you want to be in the room during the day."

"We had a lovely stay at this Adult only hotel. The location is great, just a 10-minute drive from Lindos Town, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful setting. Lindos town is absolutely beautiful with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere, and the infinity pool was definitely a highlight. The views were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The beach is within walking distance, although it is a pebble beach, which was a little disappointing for us. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. There are no toilet facilities at the pool level, so you have to go downstairs each time, which is inconvenient. The hotel also doesn’t provide an iron and ironing board in the rooms. We had to request one and wait for it to be delivered, only to be told there were just two available in the entire hotel. Shortly afterwards, staff knocked on the door to collect it back, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel for its beautiful location, stunning views, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent staff. With a few small improvements, it would be even better."

"We have had an amazing 4 nights here. The hotel, the staff, the service, food and drinks are all on point, we spent around €575 which is very acceptable for 2, we was not wanting for anything. Excellent breakfast options Both A La Carte restaurants were excellent Location is excellent with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommend OKI (Asian, 2 mins walk) Only thing to advise is getting a sunbed can prove a challenge unless you pay to reserve and as we are late risers by the time we were going for breakfast most sunbeds were taken by both of the pools."
