Wir haben in dem Haus einen Yo...

Wir haben in dem Haus einen Yogaworkshop mit insgesamt 14 Personen veranstaltet. Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Platz für 14 Personen, bei 16 würde es unserer Meinung nach etwas eng, da eines der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss als Durchgangszimmer genutzt werden muss und nur ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa darin steht.Wenn man dieses Zimmer nutzen möchte, müssen alle anderen Bewohner des Erdgeschosses einen ziemlichen Umweg über den ersten Stock nach draußen nehmen. Das aber für Familien weniger ein Problem, als für unsere Gruppe. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt und es gibt einen netten Housekeeper ... , der sich um alles kümmert. Er spricht auch deutsch.Der Blick vom Haus aus ist sensationell, da es angenehmerweise ganz oben auf einem Berg liegt, wo sich der heiße Hochsommer gut ertragen lässt. Fußläufig unterhalb der Villa liegt ein Agriturismo, wo man sehr gut essen kann, alles aus dem eigenen Garten und (Hühner)Stall, sehr günstige Preise. Sehr nette Leute, die auch ein hervorragendes Olivenöl produzieren. Reisetipps: In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich noch 2 Restaurants, eines davon macht auch eine gute Pizza. Beide haben sehr gute Fischgerichte.Ausflüge in die Umgebung kann man viele machen, zum Beispiel nach Pistoia oder Lucca, auch Florenz ist gut erreichbar. Man muß bei Ausflügen allerdings einige Kurven in kauf nehmen, um ins Tal und wieder auf den Berg zu kommen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in Larciano und ist gut zu erreichen.

Toplage auf dem Berg

Wir waren im August. Toplage, es ist ganz leicht windig, sodass man am Pool auch bei 38 Grad nie schwitzt. Die Wespen wollen nur Wasser trinken, also immer Wasser rausspritzen, dann keine Probleme. Hausmeister spricht super Deutsch und gießt jeden Tag und bringt auch Brötchen, sodass man nicht jeden Tag vom Berg runter muss. Internet ging heuer nicht so gut, wie in den letzten Jahren. Aber für private Zwecke reicht es locker. Wir hatten 3 Probleme, aber jedesmal war der Hausmeister sofort da.

einzigartige Aussicht

Staubedingt kamen wir zum Anreisetermin 1,5 Std. zu spät. Trotzdem sehr herzlicher Empfang und problemloser Empfang ! Besonders hervor zu heben : der sehr gut sprechende und äußerst nette "Hausmeister" der täglichen "Brötchenservice" etc. bot und sich um Poolpflege und Außenanlage kümmerte. Rundum ein wirklich tolles Feriendomizil mit beeindruckender Ruhe und Aussicht ! Wirklich einziges " Manko" sind die letzten 500m Zufahrt sehr steil auf schmaler Privatstrasse bis zum Haus. Für einen normalen PKW sicher problemlos. Wir waren jedoch mit einem größeren US-Van unterwegs weshalb die Zu- und Abfahrten zum Haus schon herausfordernd waren. Der 180° Blick vom Balkon entschädigt jedoch voll für diese "Anstrengung". Fazit : absolut super Aufenthalt !

Hausmeister spricht Deutsch, bringt Semmeln zum Frühstück.Das Zimmer, das kein Fenster hatte, wurde inzwischen ausgetauscht, mit dem Materiallagerzimmer. Die 4 Zi oben haben alle eigene Dusche + Kloo, die 4 Zi unten haben 2 Duschen + Kloos gemeinsam. EinZimmer davon hat keine "Tür" ist Durchgangszimmer, ist dadurch schlecht zum Schlafen, wenn nicht alle gleichzeitig ins Bett gehen, sehr hellhörig. Wenn voll belegt (16 Pers.). Reisetipps: Lucca sehr sehenswert, Pisa, Florenz mit ZugVinciin Larciano coop und auch in den Nachbarstädten Möglichkeiten

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit he...

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Ideal für einen Familienurlaub mit Großfamilie vom Kleinkind bis Großeltern. Schöner Pool der täglich durch den Hausmeister gereinigt wurde. Hausmeister wohnt 3-4 km entfernt, ist allerdings immer telef. erreichbar und spricht ganz gut deutsch. Alle waren vom Haus und Umgebung hell begeistert. Auf Wunsch jeden Morgen Brötchenservice durch den Hausmeister während unseres Aufenthalts. Reisetipps: Florenz (sehr überlaufen), Lucca, Pisa, Vinci sind mit Tagesausflug gut zu erreichen. Infos oder Karten für Wanderungen oder Spaziergänge sind nicht vorhanden und schwer zu bekommen. Einkaufen kann man in San Baronto oder in Larciano (schöner Coop Supermarkt). Wir waren weitgehend Selbstversorger. Eine kleine, saubere Gaststätte / Pizzeria ist einige hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt. Vorbestellung. Dort kann auch Wein und Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung gekauft werden.

Die Unterkunft ist der eigentl...

Die Unterkunft ist der eigentliche Höhepunkt der Reise. Abgelegen, mitten auf dem Berg, Sicht, so weit das Auge reicht. Der Hausmeister kommt täglich nach dem Rechten sehen, er spricht gutes Deutsch. Sauberer Pool. Große, gut funktionierende Küche. Räumeund Betten oben großzügig, unten bescheidener. Wahnsinnige Sonnenuntergänge. Einziger Negativpunkt ist die Besitzerin selbst. Sie machte die Übergabe am Ende der Reise und versuchte, bei der Kaution zu tricksen. Da muss man kurz durchatmen, stopp signalisieren und abreisen.... Aber das Haus lohnt sich und wird uns wieder haben, definitiv!
