Why choose my property?
Its very spacious beautiful historic home, safe to take walks or runs. In center of town called the tree area, close to all sporting events, concerts, the arts. Close to parks, quiet safe neighborhood. Or just relax on the front porch. The house can sleep 10 comfortably, each bedroom has dressers, and side tables. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and cooking supplies.

Great locatiom

The house was very clean and very spacious. Very close to campus, which was ideal. Dealing with the owners was easy and they are very accommodating.

Big house with great location.

We came to Laramie for our child’s Law school graduation. The house was conveniently located and had plenty of room for our family of 5.

Quaint 1st floor, attic rooms needed updating.

The host was available and responsive. The property has a quaint first floor, very old but mostly clean. The upstairs 3 bedrooms are livable and the loft sitting area is spacious but the room finishes and the makeshift 3/4 bath were very poor carpentry and the lack of finish trims and gaps held years of dirt.
