Ive learned that the leak caused by the unit above our unit. The maintenance couldn’t fix it because the owner was not home. About the maintenance that was trying to charged you was out of our hand ( we informed the admin about this matter). Security deposit and the meeting time. Our host said that they have been texting with the person you left to stay at our unit about the time.
