The staffs provide excellent customer service! They are so kind, polite,professional and help me whatever I need. They booked transportation to airport and keep track of timing. Also the staff at restaurant on roof top 5th floor are excellent and the view is amazing. Thankyou for the hospitality and definitely will recommend this hotel to family and friends!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and local and international dining options. The breakfast also was nice. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Small area to relax at the beach and not crowded when we stayed. A lot of seaweeds in the beach. The family suite was huge with balcony. Not much to do. Rooftop bar was okay. It is an old resort but I would say decent quiet place to chill. Thank you Whitesand for the surprised cake for Karen! Appreciated much.

Cebu White Sands is one thing the best if not the best resort in Cebu! It is a gem within a gem which is Mactan island.. All aspects are superb and extra ordinary. This is our 2nd time here from Los Angeles, with my hybrid son. Special kudos to Maribel of front desk and Dexter the bartender/waiter!! My family and I will definitely comeback. Hopefully they will give us special memberships next time.. 😊😊😊

Great resort! Main pool is humongous with shade provided in most of the seating areas. Beach access was less than a minute walk from my room. Smaller pool was closed during my stay but looked nice as well. Koi pond was really nice with big fish very relaxing. Definitely will stay here again.

Staff was great. Don't pay to eat here. Don't drive to Cebu city. Traffic beyond stupid. If you do drive. Pay the toll for the Duterte Bridge. Even that can screw you. So use your mapping program and keep your driver to the algorithm it gives. Do your homework. Stay close to wherever you stay. If you want a sure thing. Go to AA BBQ for all your meals.
