"It was a beautiful hotel, a bit out of the city centre but had a shopping centre and loads of small shops next to it. Housekeeping came every morning which was great too. Staff were alright but we did get a couple of judgy looks and no one actively told you about the sauna and gym that you could use you had to ask etc."

We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family. Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special. The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care.
