"Front desk staff was great. The room was great. Downfalls are I was charged $25 dollars to park in their parking lot but lot was full so had to go to parking garage and got charged another $6 to park there. Also had to carry suitcase a block away. The prices on menu at bar were really ridiculous. "

"Pool was closed. Restaurant was closed. Paid for 2 days of breakfast that wasn’t there…. Our room was infested with ladybugs. They did offer us a different room. By night 2 there were dozens in the room too. No vending machines to be found. "

"The sink in bathroom leaked from a large cracked pipe, that was very visible and been there awhile. No one was at front desk on arrival or departure, had to request assistance from bar keeps. "

"Great location close to highway. Spacious, comfortable, quiet room with good amenities and comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. No plumbing or air-condition issues. Nice fitness room. Good breakfast. Can hear people walking in room above. Interesting note- when we check out and wanted to fill water bottle, we were told it is only for check in customers and not for check out customers!!! Never heard this before. "

"Staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional. It felt like we couldn't ask for assistance for anything. The one male front desk associate was the only bright beacon for us. Been there several times and had terrible experiences every time, we will no.longer stay there in our monthly visits to Alabama "
