    Want to get together with family or friends to share pleasant moments together?
    This large 6-bedroom house can accommodate 12 people with all the necessary comfort thanks to its 2 private shower rooms, shared shower room and bathroom and a large garden.

    The large cottage that we offer is the perfect place to gather your loved ones!

    Ideally located on the heights and in the centre of the city of Laon, with an amazing view of nature and the magnificent cathedral, your holiday home is spacious with a lot of character, comfort, charm and authenticity.

    The bedrooms: the house has 6 comfortable bedrooms, with neat decoration spread over two levels. Two of them have their own shower room and two large bathrooms serve the other four bedrooms.

    Bathrooms: you will find one bathroom per floor, the first equipped with a shower bath and the second with a large walk-in shower.

    Each level has a separate toilet.

    The living and dining room: the dining room, equipped with a large table ideal for sharing good meals, is elegant, with antique mouldings and parquet floors.
    Two comfortable sofas and armchairs in the living room will allow you to spend some time convivial or relaxing moments.

    The kitchen: classic, modern and functional at the same time, the kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, food processor, raclette machines, refined and matching crockery.

    The Games & Bistro area: vintage bistro spirit with piano and bar, this room allows you to gather, play games and take shelter if the weather is capricious.
    It opens onto another room equipped with a table football, an electronic dartboard, games for children.

    The garden: a well-oriented terrace, equipped with 2 large wooden picnic tables, parasols and a barbecue overlooking an enclosed garden of 700 m2 "old-fashioned" .

    We have designed this house as a warm and comfortable place to get together, we would like to welcome you personally in order to best meet your expectations.
