"The beds were so small and uncomfortable. Staff looked miserable most of the time. The breakfast was a ridiculous £20pp for basic continental (some fruit and not fresh bakery items). Our bathroom had notably not been deep cleaned for ages, the shower was gross and towels weren’t great either. Overall the worst hotel we stayed at in Belfast. Not worth the money at all. The only thing it has going for it was the location. This chain of hotels have really gone down in quality, will be avoiding them in future."
