Very quiet - 50 m from all shops open all year round: artisan baker / pastry chef / chocolate maker, fishmonger, oyster farmer, fresh fruit and vegetables, delicatessen-caterer, newsagent, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, market + Intermarché à 1.5 km (cheapest gasoline on the market). Ideal for a couple or a family with 2/3 children (small shower adjoining the parents' room). Possibility to park in front without worries. Water, electricity and heating included. Sheets and towels included except during promotional period. Pets accepted by prior arrangement: € 10 extra - The rear garden is not accessible - however, the 25m² front terrace is fully enclosed.

Location refaite à neuf et très bien équipée, proche de la plage et des commerces. Accueil très réactif et chaleureux. 2 petits bémols : la douche dans la chambre principale et le mobilier extérieur peu confortable. Je recommande toutefois.

kleine, hübsche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung in Cassy/Lanton ist klein, aber sehr schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 3 mehr oder weniger erwachsenen Kindern dort und es hat gut geklappt. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben, um an die grossen Atlantikstrände fahren zu können (in der Bucht hat es nur bei Flut Wasser). Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Eng und laut

Wie in allen Bewertungen zu lesen, ist das Haus (insbesondere die Toilette und Bad) sehr klein. Damit hatten wir gerechnet. Die Toilette ist allerdings so klein, dass ein Erwachsener Mann sitzend nicht die Tür schließen kann. Die Dusche ist kein eigener Raum, sondern eine Niesche im Schlafzimmer mit Vorhang abgetrennt. Am meisten gestört hat uns allerdings, dass die so großzügig fotografierte Terrasse eher klein und nach vorn zur extrem befahrenen Straße gelegen ist: man sitzt dort quasi in einem lauten Minikäfig:( Nach hinten ist keine Möglichkeit auszutreten: der Wohnraumist dunkel durch einen meterhoch zugewachsenen Bambuswald direkt hinter dem Wohnraum. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Punkte aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich gewesen wären. Positiv war der Kontakt zur hilfsbereiten Vermieterin und der Verwalterin, die freundlich und immer ansprechbar waren.

Un petit cocon au bord de l eau

Maison très bien située pas loin de la mer et des commerces restaurants. La maison est bien équipée. Deux bémols : l escalier un peu raide et le fait qu il n y ait qu une douche attenante à une chambre. Toutefois pour un couple c est parfait. Nous avons pas utilisé l étage.

Très bon séjour. Petite maison située à côté de la plage et des cabanes à huîtres. Tous les commerces sont à côté. La maison est très bien avec tout le mobilier et matériel de cuisine qu'il faut. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte Séjour agréable et prêt à y retourner.

Nettes kleines Haus

Sehr sauberes modern eingerichtetes Haus. Für 2 Personen ist die größe des Hauses ideal. Nur das Badezimmer ist etwas klein. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt in Lanton. Bäckerei usw. in nächster Nähe. Zum Strand sind es auch nur ein paar Meter zu gehen. Vielen Dank an Céline für die freundliche Begrüßung.

Ferien an der Bucht von Arcachon

Wir erlebenden einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Lanton an der Bucht von Arcachon. In einen kleiner liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus(Wohnung) wo alles zu Fuss erreichbar ist (Strand, Einkauf und Restaurant. Würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen.

Het huisje was veel kleiner dan de foto's deden geloven. Kussentjes op terras waren er niet. Badkamer was absurd klein. Ruimte om bagage te plaatsen was er amper.

Charmante location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cassy. Charmante location conforme à la description et idéalement située entre le port, la plage et les commerces .Propre, jolie, et bien équipée. La salle de douche n'est pas bien grande mais, ce n'était guère possible de faire autrement ;)) .Accès facile, pas de difficultés pour se garer. Nous rentrons enchantés de notre séjour et vous recommandons les yeux fermés cette location.Merci

Logement au top, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Idéalement situé pour des balades à pieds ou en vélo en bord de mer ou des virées en voiture (ou navette bateau) au Cap Ferret ou à la Dune du Pylat. Restaurants, poissonneries, boulangerie... Tout est à proximité et se fait à pied. Juste un manque :encore quelques jours pour en profiter ! Merci pour tout

Emplacement idéal sans voiture.

Logement très bien équipé et agréable. Face au petit port , a proximité des petits commerces et a quelques pas de la plage..départ de grande balade sur les chemins piétons le long du bassin. Une fois installés, on peut passer le séjour sans prendre la voiture. Très bon accueil de Martine.

Tout était bien !

Super location, décoration, emplacement, équipement, accueil, wifi, literie, calme. On a vraiment passé un excellent séjour. Petite terrasse pour déjeuner le matin, tous les commerces à 2 pas et plein d'endroits pour marcher ou faire du vélo dans la nature. Petit port très mignon avec 2 cabanes restaurant top. A recommander !

Nous avons passé deux supers semaines. La décoration est superbe, ce mélange de naturel et aspect industriel correspond tout à fait à nos goûts. quelques "bémols" : la Wifi très capricieuse (surtout sur la terrasse devant), le "bout" de jardin non clôturé (nous avons pu du coup faire connaissance avec votre chienne), la télévision une peu petite et qui pourrait être au 1er étage afin de profiter plus de ce salon, très bien aménagé mais l'ensemble laisse une très bonne impression. Super séjour

Un emplacement idéal qui nous a permis de réaliser diverses activités (descente en canoë de l'Eyre, marche à pied entre Lanton et Andernos sur la plage, vélo à la découverte du domaine de Certes, parc ornithologique et restaurants à proximité). La maison est bien équipée et notre chat s'y est senti à l'aise. Merci à la propriétaire sympathique et arrangeante. On ne peut que recommander.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison très fonctionnelle ! Rien ne manque et la décoration est soignée et chaleureuse. Petit plus, la maison est équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner avec un bébé (chaise haute, lit, baignoire et pleins de petits jouets que notre fille a adoré!) Par ailleurs, la situation géographique de la maison sur le petit port est géniale, pour partir en balade ou apprécier la délicieuse poissonerie toute proche. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !

Parfait! A recommander sans hésitation!!

On a adoré :-) Mention spéciale pour la déco! Location très design, cosy, propre, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. On s'y sent bien immédiatement. Très bel espace de jeux à l'étage qui fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents. Idéalement située en face du port (et de sa cabane à huitres) et à quelques mètres de la plage, des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonier, marché...), des départs de balade (à pied ou en vélo à louer à l'office de tourisme à 300m), de restaurants, ... le tout dans un cadre plein de charme et calme. Que du bonheur! Parfait pour profiter du Bassin d'Arcachon, de la dune du Pilat, et visiter Bordeaux et ses alentours. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil sympathique et ses bons conseils. En 1 semaine, on n'a pas eu le temps de tout visiter. On reviendra... et sans hésitation, on choisira la même maison :-)
