- Small wooden house very quiet outside with a large terrace and a garden of 300m² - Brand new in April 2017 - Sheets and linen included except promotional period. Electricity / water / heating included - 50 m from all shops open all year round: artisan baker / pastry chef / chocolate maker, fishmonger, oyster farmer, early fruit and vegetables, delicatessen-caterer, tobacco-press, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, market + Intermarket 1.5 km away (cheapest gasoline on the market). Ideal for a couple or a family with 1 child. Possibility to park in front without worries or inside. Sheets and towels included except during promotional period. Pets accepted by prior arrangement: € 10 extra.
