Small wooden house very quiet outside with a large terrace and a garden of 300m² - Brand new in April 2017 - Sheets and linen included except promotional period. Electricity / water / heating included - 50 m from all shops open all year round: artisan baker / pastry chef / chocolate maker, fishmonger, oyster farmer, early fruit and vegetables, delicatessen-caterer, tobacco-press, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, market + Intermarket 1.5 km away (cheapest gasoline on the market). Ideal for a couple or a family with 1 child. Possibility to park in front without worries or inside. Sheets and towels included except during promotional period. The property was nicely decorated with all of the amenities needed for a stay. Some snacks were provided, as well as a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We felt safe and secure in the area. The host communication was excellent and they offered several free tastings at wine rooms in town, a nice touch. We stayed for a week, which for me was a bit too long in this small of a space. It also felt very humid in the space; the towels never seemed to get dry between uses. Again, not a big deal for some people but a small annoyance to me. The only lounging/seating area was in the area described as the courtyard and was literally next to what I assume was the side of the host's home. Although we never saw them, it just seemed awkward to me. The property was well within walking distance to downtown Napa restaurants and to BottleRock grounds which was a big bonus. Overall a very nice stay, just a little too close for comfort for me.

idéalement situé ce petit chalet est d'un calme absolu ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et avons pu faire le tour du bassin et de belles balades en vélo ! Céline est d'une bienveillance très appréciable, le loueur de vélo également et la boulangerie à proximité le top ! les commerces essentiels et les petits restaurants tous près sont à découvrir ainsi que leurs sympathiques gérants.Nous reviendrons si l'on peut c'est certain !

Excellent séjour !

Localisation idéale à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces essentiels. Ce petit chalet à la décoration soignée est calme et très bien équipé. Lanton n'est pas vraiment une station balnéaire mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié son authenticité. Un excellent séjour !

Séjour magnifique dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison typique du bassin. L'emplacement est idéal, tous les commerces sont à proximités (à 2 pas). Le temps magnifique nous a permis de profiter des extérieurs et Céline est très arrangeante et réactive concernant l'heure d'arrivée. Les commerçants à proximité sont très sympathiques. Beaucoup de balades à pieds depuis le logement sont possibles et c'est parfait lorsque l'on vient avec des chiens.

Gute Lage

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Hafen. Restaurant, Bäcker und Obsthändler fußläufig. Der Strand ist nur 150 m entfernt. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt, für Urlaub mit Hund also genau richtig. Bei der Ankunft war das haus gereinigt, aber es gab noch viele Spinnweben. Die Ausstattung ist OK, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es gab wahnsinnig viele Mücken in der Gegend. Ein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmer wäre eine tolle Ergänzung gewesen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und man darf mit Hunden überallhin.

Rapport qualité /prix peu satisfaisant

Très bonne situation non loin de la plage. Restaurants et commerce à proximité. Prévu de pour 2 personnes, je le cabanon est suffisamment grand et relativement bien équipé pour que l'on s'y sente à l'aise. Points négatifs : L'état de propreté était très moyen. Nous avons dû nettoyer le mobilier extérieur ainsi que le dessus d'une étagère sur laquelle était rangé un bbq grill électrique. Lui-même recouvert d'une belle couché de poussière. Une latte du lit était cassée et la toile d'un transat commençait à se déchirer. Un fauteuil du salon de jardin avait l'assise défoncés. Des mégots de cigarette traînaient encore dans un cendrier. Nous en avons référé à la propriétaire par mail. Celle dernière à été positivement réactive. Autres point négatif : le jardin mériterait un sérieux entretien ainsi que les peintures extérieures. Le prix demandé n'est pas justifié

Une semaine parfaite dans une location sublime où il ne manque rien! Le jardin est également très agréable. Un lieu calme et reposant à deux pas du bassin. Charmante maison "cocooning" intérieur très bien agencé, et complet. Literie haut de gamme. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse en bois, et l'ombrage du bel arbre de la pelouse. Idéalement situé, proche de tout sans nuisance de bruit. Sans oublier l'acceuil convivial et très professionnel de Martine.

Maison "cocooning" Intérieur bien agencé, bien équipé, et très lumineux. La proximité du port (resto et poissonniers) et de la plage est un gros plus, le tout sans aucune nuisance puisque le gite est situé dans une impasse très calme. Une mention particulière pour l'acceuil de Martine très "pro" et très convivial.

Logement au top !

Le logement est absolument parfait, tout est décoré avec goût et qualité, la literie impeccable, l'équipement de cuisine très complet et l'environnement global très apaisant. La maison est très agréable. On peut se garer facilement devant la maison qui se trouve dans un chemin privé. Le terrain et plus particulièrement la terrasse sont des appels au repos absolu ! et pour finir, il y a un boulanger juste à côté, d'excellentes huitres à moins de 5 minutes à pied....ainsi qu'un poissonnier avec des produits de grande fraicheur. Tout cela dans une région absolument magnifique. La maison se situe à mi-chemin entre Lege-cap-ferret et la dune du Pyla, donc extrêmement bien située. Martine qui nous accueille est de très bon conseil sur les "trésors" à ne pas manquer dans la région mais aussi très flexible quant aux horaires d'arrivée et départ. Non seulement nous recommandons ce logement mais le gardons dans nos favoris pour une prochaine visite dans cette belle région !
