La Villa Kinou de Sylvie et Michel
Nous avons passés 2 très belles semaines dans le bassin d'Arcachon et ceci grâce à l'accueil de Sylvie et Michel et aux prestations mises à disposition. Vous ne rentrez pas dans une location habituelle, vous êtes accueillis comme si vous faisiez partie de la famille. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Agréable séjour
Très agréable maison, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Idealement située, proche des commerces et dans un environnement très calme, nous nous y sommes très vite sentis à l'aise. De plus, la villa Kinou est à proximité des pistes cyclables : idéal lieu de départ pour nos randonnées à vélo. Et quel plaisir de s'y retrouver le soir... Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont proposé leur aide pour partager leur connaissance du Bassin. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location et n'hesiterons pas à la proposer à nos connaissances.

Vacances agréables.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la villa Kinou. Les propriétaires Michel et Sylvie sont vraiment charmants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qu'il y avait à découvrir autour du bassin d’Arcachon. La villa est bien située, les commerces de proximité sont de qualité, la ville d'Andernos n'est pas très loin et bouge pas mal. Un bassin de baignade est à 5 minutes en vélo, très grand et très agréable, l'avantage c'est qu'on peut se baigner toute la journée, pas besoin d'attendre les marées. La maison ne possède pas de Wifi mais çà n'a pas été un problème, le réseau free des téléphones passe très bien, on a pu regarder des films netflix sans inconvénients. L'idéal, c'est de louer des vélos et tout faire à vélo ! On recommande !

Sejour agréable, propriétaires toujours dipo aussi bien pour un problème que pour un renseigne. Endroit calme pour se reposer maison bien aménagée. Rien à dire de négatifs sur lalocation. Le hic le village ne propose pas assez de commerce (ex : un café pour aller boire un verre, des boutiques souvenirs...). Sinon j ai super apprécié la région, et y retournerai volontier dans quelques années. Encore merci a3 sylvie et michel qui sont tres gentils et attentionnés

Propriétaires accueillants et attentionnés . Jolie petite maison spacieuse..bien équipée un peu comme à la maison…une chambre climatisée bien appréciée…wifi inutile car 4G très performante …situation au calme avec commerces et plage à proximité… Équipements extérieurs pratiques barbecue et transats…
