the staff were very friendly, specifically Marwa. She was a sweetheart, she helped us with our room booking and made sure the misunderstanding was resolved. Her calm nature gave us a very good experience of the hotel. There was a misunderstanding in relation to the room booking but we were given an extra bed which made the experience a whole lot better. I would say that they need to make the explanation clear when stating how many people can stay in one room. Other than that no complaints.

"Had a really good time at The Chedi. Got a free room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. One of the best things about it was the cleanliness of the entire property, room etc. minimal bugs too.
