Welcome to "La Marinière,"

A charming townhouse in Langrune-sur-Mer, spread over 3 levels, ideal for 6 people. Renovated with high-quality materials, it offers comfort, full amenities, and tasteful decor. A small, pleasant courtyard and garden are perfect for enjoying sunny days. Just a stone’s throw from the sea, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

You enter the house through the small courtyard, which is furnished with a table and two chairs where you can relax.

You’ll enter the house through the large open-concept living area.

To your right, the living room features two sofas and a TV.

Just off the living room, a small hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen:

A large kitchen island, ideal for meals for up to 8 people.

On the second floor:
- A bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a closet.

Outside, a large patio features a table and chairs that seat 8 people and a small garden area with a barbecue.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase whatever you need.

You’ll have the house all to yourselves
You’ll be given a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
