Whether you're travelling with family or friends, enjoy a peaceful stay in this stone house with a small courtyard where you can enjoy the outdoors, just 500 metres from the beach.

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

This charming house features a cosy living area and a dining area opening onto a small private terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped:

On the ground floor, you will find:
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- A second large bedroom, also with a 140cm double bed
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the second floor:
- A third bedroom with two single beds

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, and trash bags. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to buy what you need.

The house has one floor.
You’ll have access to the entire property as well as all the amenities.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

The Normandy coast is perfect for water sports, and Langrune-sur-Mer is no exception. You can go sailing, surfing, windsurfing, and even deep-sea fishing. Local water sports schools offer lessons for beginners.

Langrune-sur-Mer is strategically located for exploring other attractions in the region. You can easily travel to Caen to visit the Caen Memorial, a museum dedicated to 20th-century history, or explore the D-Day beaches and their associated museums, or even visit nearby seaside resorts such as Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Luc-sur-Mer.

You can park your car in the available public parking spaces on the street; all parking spaces in the city are free.
