"When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room."

"The room was not clean. There was urine all over the outside of the shower curtain, a puddle of dried urine behind the toilet on the floor. The baseboards were caked in dust and dirt. A pillow had a large dried booger on it. The floor of the bedroom had not been vacuumed as it had sprinkles and other various crumbs. The table in our room had spilled food dried on to it. The duvet cover was covered in someones make up. I took photos of everything and plan on posting them with a review. I wound up buying cleaning products to make the room somewhat sanitary. I am disappointed at the amount of money that I was charged to stay in a room that was disgusting. "

When we first arrived after a 6 hr drive, we did not have hot water, and did not get hot water until late the next day. We were informed by the plumber that this issue affected previous renters, and I would encourage the owners to have it fully resolved before renting again. "
